I would not even install well I installed it but I didn't use it because it would not allow me to read the policies or the terms before I did so this is a serious problem.
They will not let you cancel subscription once you start it!!! DO NOT USE!!! Edit: Thank you for proving my point. I've checked everywhere and it keeps telling me to go somewhere else. It is impossible to cancel. It should not be that difficult.
Horrível. Nunca consegui configurar nem usar o aplicativo, mas mesmo assim há 3 anos fazem cobranças anuais na minha conta por algo que nunca utilizei. Só descobri porque entrei no Gmail para atualizar minhas informações. Solicitei o cancelamento antes da data de renovação, mas mesmo assim concluíram a cobrança. Pedi reembolso por e-mail e até agora não responderam. Péssimo suporte. Não recomendo.
I have paid for all the extra stuff and have even wasted 60 plus dollars on the card that does not work. It is not all that for sure
You're charging us an arm and a leg to use it outside the States. I'm based in Ghana and I have to pay thousands of cedis to use it while my counterpart in the states who introduced it to me pays nothing. why is this the case?
Spent over an hour trying to set up a basic digital business card, which should take 5-10 minutes at most. The app repeatedly failed to save my information and would not upload images (“unknown error” and “failed to upload images”). Restarting the app, switching connections, and even trying the website did not resolve the issue. This feels like a core functionality problem, not user error. Very frustrating experience.

I have been upset with Blinq for a while now because I keep losing important contacts. I am not the only one to be experiencing this. I have just learned of a potential reason for this behavior that might also explain the issue for my friends. I was unaware that there was a delete contact functionality. it is activated by the same swipe from edge of screen method that my phone uses to 'go back' to exit the application and return to my previous applications. I need contact recovery.
