absolutely shocking one minute it works then another minute it don't work for days then works again for 2 days then goes back to not working needs to be sorted

unable to log in since getting new phone. goes in a loop saying there is a problem. can't check my rotas or log in to get paid.
Worst App ever!!! For afew wks it worked like clockwork then day in, away out for weeks hasn't worked, have to manually clock in n out with my employer which is frustrating for me and him, we've both tried sorting it out with no success, emailed Blip by Brightr and not as much as an email back or even tried to help sort it out. So annoying.

It worked for a few weeks but now it keeps getting stuck at the verification screen. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It's annoying that my workplace has chosen a product which doesn't work for all users.
there's a pop up every time I clock in asking to send notifications. I don't want notifications. I should be able to opt out once, not twice a day.

A disgraceful briech of data protection act
worked for a few weeks, now won't let me log in. the cloudflare verification is broken. i've reported it for almost 6 weeks now and no reply? honestly go elsewhere this is a waste of money.
Nothing but issues, Dont waste your time with it. I can't log in or the app freezes while trying to scan the Qr codes to log in or out. It constantly logs me out. The sooner my company finds a replacement the better.

Can't log in as app won't let me I've installed and uninstalled the app too many times to mention it's getting really frustrating as there seems nothing is being done to resolve the problems they're having with this app as Samsung seems to be having problems I'd wish they'd listen to they're users as it doesn't look like they've responded to problems since 2023 they need to sort it out as it's very frustrating as the widget just spins and gives you an error code needs sorting ASAP

Constant issues. If it's not the human verification stuck in a loop, it's the app constantly logging me out. It doesn't seem compatible with Samsung devices. No, I will not keep clearing the cache as this affects other things. BrightHR could be so much better if they listened and acted on their customers issues.

Your verification process "cloudflare" is ridiculous. it never authenticates it just turns indefinitely. I can't login!!!

Absolute garbage. logs out every time even though I'm signed in on the bright HR app. doesn't remember pasword credentials, doesn't send reminders on time, the list is endless.

garbage app. It runs in the background, drains your battery and tracks you with GPS, hitting multiple job sites is a nightmare. it takes away time that should be spent working. There are better, less invasive apps than this that could handle all the aspects of construction job sites shame on my company. edit: fallout the app has seen 12 guys or 10% moving to competitor companies, and morale is at an all time low. look into an app ike Procore or a gps spoofer it does track you they lie

Absolute c r a p has consistent issues that pop up all the time, the most recent one is asking for gps permission that it already has while trying to login and log out for the shift, not worth the 2 pesos that some may purchase this crud for

Can't able to login not moving forward
App suddenly claims to not have location access, despite showing an updated location on the map. No way to fix, and just shows a generic "the issue is at your end" message with no wat to resolve
I already have an issue with my employer being able to track where I am at any given time. But it's even worse when the app won't even let me clock out! Been trying for the last 24 hours to get this app to work, and still no success. I'd delete permanently if my employer didn't require that I be on it.
I wished I could rate it lower than this u can't even log in and out if u are few metres away from your work place, I was 0.1 miles away from my work place and couldn't locked un and out, useless up u better do something about this
I have to have an account with this for work and they send spam emails and junk. Apparently we aren't already paying enough they have to milk you for every penny? It wouldn't surprise me if they were selling my location to anyone who'll pay. Evil, rubbish.
Why can't the location settings use the company wifi
