I was using this app for a while had a couple of hiccups along the way but was okay then all of a sudden asked for verification again even after I had been verified and was using and then couldn't do anything no explanation as to why even customer service can't help just kept saying unable to verify and can't say why and then couldn't even get access to own profile not impressed with lack of explanation so if you want help steer clear of this
the app is completely rubbish now...you get disabled with no reason...CS is not working...even if you delete the account and create another...you don't get verified. my 10 year account disabled with no email nothing. Nonsense.

This is the worst crypto app I've ever used. You deposit your money but they will withhold your withdraw for more than one month. Ive emailed them thousands of fund to release my money but they keep telling me it's under review. It's btc withdrawal so you can imagine the money I've lost. Please beg you. Never use this app. You will regret it. Better use binance. These guys are worthless.
the support team of the app they don't reply it can take up to 20 day or:a month+ for them to reply on simple email and it's frustrating
blockchain is turning into a scam platform. I was locked out of my account after I updated app to latest version and it keep saying error loading full wallet functionality and when I reached out to support for help I was redirected to recovery team which now requested a 20% fee to access my wallet
these people are scammers!!!! they have changed my wallet without my permission. and scammed me out of my money!!!! I'm annoyed money has been sent over and it's still confirming. they changed my walled address and won't release my funds. disgusting app!!!! take your money out of this app now before they do the same to you!!!!!!

Wow what a disrespect to its members!!! They are doing 48 hour maintenance WITHOUT giving note on app to it's members in advance!!! All transactions stuck for 48 hours and Blockchain com doesn't care at all about it's members!!! Is it hard to write a note in advance about maintenance so we could avoid our money to get stuck? Stone Age!!!
Stay away from this app. They are obviously abusing people over false compliance reasons. They ask you for verification documents then just seconds after uploading your documents they reject access and refuse to provide explanation for their actions. I've never encountered such incompetent compliance procedure with any other platform. Your money is not safe there.
far too complicated and too easy to lose money. I've got money in there now that for over a year I could not figure out how to get it back. I asked for help with this issue and never could get no one to help me. every time I made a few dollars and tried to move my money in another account there were fees for everything, fees for making money, fees for moving money. my advice is if you don't know anything about cryptocurrency stay away.
be careful of this app I downloaded it a couple days ago and my wallet seed phrase was compromised instantly now I can't even get my funds out it Well blockchain you don't respond to my email about manually sending me my coins I sent to the wallet and also purchased on your app I'll be contacting my bank about that purchase I guess guess you somehow locked in the trading part of the wallet

My experience with funding my blockchain account is very terrible, I send some money from my personal account that carried my same name on blockchain account. the money has been pending for over 4 day now. I contacted support start and they kept playing me. this has caused me a lot in my investment. blockchain is begining to feel unsafe. I'd rather give no star ⭐ if it's available to rate their service. please refund my money or credit my BC account

if you don't like to wait for transactions to complete, then don't use this app. Solana is near instant 99% of the time, on other platforms. This platform, 12 hours is fast if you're lucky enough for that. GO ELSEWHERE. Two stars because it does provide many deposit or withdrawal methods. I'm still waiting for my Solana withdrawal, hour 13. my account is fully verified and has full access to the services. and it has been over 24hrs now.
