Awful platform. You cannot trade crypto if you're based in NC. They don't disclose this prior to trading. Due to this faulty/broken app, I've lost a considerable amount of money due to transfer fees. Don't fall for the scam.
Please can you remove the big warning on the home page say that crypto is a risky investment. I know that already and has read the 2 minutes article several times. This has now being on my screen for over one year.

You've hijacked access to my Bitcoin. This is unconscionable you are a disreputable entity! Your app states I've held Bitcoin since 2010, that's when you stole my access! I've had Bitcoin since about 2012. NOW my biometric log on is accepted yet doesn't log in. FIX YOUR APP!!!

blockchain is my first known crypto since 2018 , even before they start allowing Nigeria local trading, I want you update the system more put more features make it more bigger, but the problem I have is that app is too expensive now , you can't withdraw less than 7000 naira , at least give people opportunities to buy and withdraw freely without massive charges and taxes and fees imagine you can't withdraw 1000 naira , you can only withdraw above 7000 plus, with the massive charges and taxes fee

Hello I bought Bitcoin from my bank account since yesterday and I haven't received the Bitcoin I paid for yesterday in my Blockchain application and the bank have already debit the money out from my bank account. I don't understand what happening to this Blockchain application again
these are the most unreliable people. they will rip you off in a heartbeat. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I was using this app for a while had a couple of hiccups along the way but was okay then all of a sudden asked for verification again even after I had been verified and was using and then couldn't do anything no explanation as to why even customer service can't help just kept saying unable to verify and can't say why and then couldn't even get access to own profile not impressed with lack of explanation so if you want help steer clear of this
the app is completely rubbish now...you get disabled with no reason...CS is not working...even if you delete the account and create another...you don't get verified. my 10 year account disabled with no email nothing. Nonsense.
App is unusable since the update yesterday, just goes into an endless login loop. I tried uninstalling and now I can't even get past the sign up/sign in page because it throws an error instead of sending me an email. In regards to the response: not everyone uses gmail for everything. I already have an open support case where instead of admitting your login auth broke they tried to blame my devices. Pathetic.
