Blossom wäre eine super App, wenn ich ihr trauen könnte. Ich nutze sie nun ein jahr und habe 30 Pflanzen erfasst. Leider verschwinden immer wieder Bilder und Einträge. Der Vorteil der App wäre, man könnte zu jeder Pflanze ein Tagebuch mit Bildern führen. Leider nützt mir das nichts, wenn Daten einfach verschwinden. Schade um meine Zeit, Schade für die App. 2026: I downrated the app because data keeps disappearing. They just can't programm the cloud sync. Use another app, this one is dead.

NOPE...after adding 2 plants it won't let you any more without buying subscription.Also couldn't identity some norther hemisphere plants. And watering suggestion is only based on cold climate.
Free trial is trap. Asks for credit card hoping you forget to cancel if app is not up to scratch. Plus go-ogle tries to charge immediately anyway instead of waiting for 7 days as stated.

Horrible. They charge repeatedly and will not let you cancel. If you sign up, beware, this is a hard relationship to leave. I had my CC company block them from charging as they Refused. Is give them a zero star if I could.
this is the worst app ever. they have been charging my account for a entire year!! they made it so I can't un subscribe. please avoid this app all together.

Have been using this app for years and it has always been amazing. With that being said, I can't express how disappointed I am with the absurd price hike. I went from paying $30 a year to now being charged to $451 per year. I think whoever owns the app needs to evaluate pricing fees as this is a clear indication this app is failing for trying to scam loyal subscribers.
I keep changing the days of "water every _ days" but its keep using the old data, we almost in winter and I cant water the plants every day, so Im changing the reminder to "every 3 days" but its keep calculating daily reminder, for all plants not just one, please fix
Every update is getting worse instead of getting better. Constantly bugs and crashes every day even every 5 minutes. Identify plants is not the strongest point or fastest. I think it was the last time i paid for this app. Not recommended at all. There are better alternatives. Had it for years but not renewing again. Support not existing.

Was Great... now the app just crashes. and support doesn't exist. I was charged twice for a subscription and still no resolve.
This app was fantastic initially. I was happy to pay for the premium subscription because it did everything I wanted it to, but the app has been basically unusable for the last 3 months. Crashes and freezes every time I open it. I logged a support ticket and was told there is no ETA for a fix. Disappointed because it was such a good app. I hope it gets sorted out eventually.

Had this app for a few years. At 1st it was great, very easy to use & helpful. Now I'm deleting it even tho I have the membership paid up until Jan 2026. It stopped identifying my house plants. Many types are not available on here. Not helpful anymore.
I never signed up for the subscription (it's not even showing up in my Google Play subscription) so I emailed customer service to please cancel my subscription, but all I get is an automated response telling me to cancel it through my Google Play app., but again, my Google Play app has no record of this subscription! I just want my $30 back
every plant care app I've downloaded says it's free plant care and when I open it to try it, it wants money. the description needs to say subscription needed on all of them. they need to know that when they try to use it, they can't until they pony up the dough. I'm just tired of installing an app to find that I can't use it. money is tight and I'm not going to pay for an app unless it's worth it. I understand you gotta make money. But I gotta save money.

You had to re open it constantly! It was always closing, even if you were mid listing. I hate it so bad that I use a different app
when a plant identification app can't identify poison ivy, that's not an app too install.
Handy, but beware of shady price hikes.For years, it was $24.99, which seems the upper end of reasonable. Upon renewal this year, it went up to $74.99., 3 times the original price. Unfortunately, I caught it the day after it renewed.. I immediately tried to cancel it, but was unsuccessful. Contacted Google, they said that there were no refunds. Embarrassingly greedy! I will be scaling Google product usage back to the bare minimum until I can buy a different phone and then quit altogether.

got charged 339$ for the year after not using the app for a year, it was supposed to be cancelled and i looked at my playstore account and saw it wasn't (i did a cleanup of my apps subs) never got notified of the crazy price change since I wasn't using it and haven't had the app installed on my phone. Used to like this app but it was buggy last time i opened it so i uninstalled it, now I'm just confused and pretty angry about this whole situation and I will certainly never use it again.
I have tried and tried to contact the app developers many times yet again they charged my card . I canceled 2 years ago. do your self a favor and do not subscribe they will commit fraud and charge your card even after you cancel. at this point I will close my card account cause this has not stopped. and they owe me $60.00 for charging me for 3 years. I canceled. please contact me to give me my money back or I will sue. that is what I just sent them . because this is not right.

absolutely shocking price increase. went from 16.99 to 265 with little warning. this was there response 'The app's pricing has been updated to help us continue improving product performance and reliability'. That is untrue and this app is definitely not worth that price !!
I had this, it did not work as shown so I canceled and they have CONTINUED to charge me monthly. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Note: this 1⭐ rating is only about this app's aggressive and very expensive 'sales model', NOT about the app's usefulness or design. --- Couldn't even try this application, since the 'free' trial comes with a big string (virtually a rope) attached: having to sign up and give permission for the app to charge you $4.00 A WEEK FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF GETTING ONE FREE WEEK'S USE. --- Yikes😬! This new 'subscription model' has gotten out of hand. Predicating trial use on pre-signing up is unacceptable.
Waste of time & money
I have been charged twice, from Google and direct to credit card. I don't find any ways to contact support or billing team for this issue.
Feel like they deleted my previous review, as I definitely called them out for the shady practice of quietly ballooning the subscription cost to $70/year. All the more reason to not use them anymore. Shame, it used to be a great app.
They charged me $79.00 for an app I canceled in Oct. 2024. It's hard to get my money back.

5/25/25 - I see you've dropped the annual subscription to $29.99 or $2.99/wk. More reasonable, but I'm so afraid you'll try to charge a high renewal fee in a year. 2/11/25 - I love this app and have recommended it to so many people that also use it, BUT the annual subscription increase from $24.99 to $74.99 annually is obtuse. Renewal canceled.
