BLC used to be great, but now the app doesn't load it is nothing short of frustrating and a waste of money. Most shops now want you to use the code from the app, but the app just gives you a cheery message to'Hang Tight' then crashes, making it absolutely useless. I've contacted customer services and their advice didn't work. Sort it out BLC because you're losing us all!

never loads right
The app is slow and poor. Every time I go to use the app it has logged me out. Awful.
The app appears to of stopped working! for the past 4 days the app will not load, so unable to see or do anything. please sort the issue out it is now going on 2 weeks and still the app won't load. I've logged out , I've deleted the app and downloaded logged back in and still not able to get onto it I've tried to enter a competition from the email I received and still it's doing nothing. I can't even get any help from the help page. Please can someone contact me to get the problem resolved
I want more store offers using app or blue light card.

App now useless for me on my Sony Xperia (Android 14), stopped functioning properly months ago; allows Login, shows Card, never shows Wallet and Home page just gives error message: "Oops! It looks this will still take us a little bit longer, we suggest you try again later.". Reinstalling does not rectify.

Incredibly poorly coded app. Needs to be replaced entirely with something that is actually fit for purpose and user friendly.

Usually very happy with the app but all day today I haven't been able to log in at all. Updated the app and still stuck on blc shine verification page that doesn't respond. Very frustrated as trying to make orders
App simply stopped working, it either has a continuous loading screen or an error message telling me to come back later. been like this for weeks. absolutely useless

The BLC used to be decent enough, but what the hell have they done with the app. Neither myself or my wife can gain access to the app despite the log in details being correct. It sometimes lets you in and kicks you out.

The Blue Light Card App is incredibly frustrating to use. The search function doesn’t work properly, which makes it almost impossible to actually find any discounts. That completely defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place.At this point, the only thing I can reliably do is view my card - everything else requires me to go on my laptop instead. The app just doesn't work now
After having a fairly good experiences with BLC, I am now unable to successfully generate gift cards. Every time it says 'something went wrong'. I have tried with multiple shops and vouchers of different amounts and even different payment cards and nothing works. The app load time has doubled and the search function doesn't work half the time either.
Garbage. Password reset fails.
ALWAYS having to re authenticate when i go to use the app. very poor user experience.
My blue light card stopped working suddenly. I am unable to login with either app or website. I have sent them multiple emails, they send automated replying of settings and that seems to be not working either. I'm reciveing so many promotional emails but not a solution to login. The help and support is just automated and there is no other way to contact them and find out the problem and fix it.

apparently my phone no longer supports this app so I need a new phone to use it!!!! not happy!!!! being dictated to on how long I should keep a phone before updating it.
So slow and pointless Since the latest upgrade can't access the app even to view my card.
takes forever to load, cleared cache, reinstalled, really badly optimised, half the time when I do a search I don't get results, I just get shown random stuff I don't need and would never buy, had to search KFC 4 times just to get the discount and it didn't link to my app it just opened the KFC order app in my non-default browser. Discount was extremely disappointing for the amount of effort needed to use it.
Application doesn't log me in after I received an email that my account has been suspended due to “suspicious activities” when I tried to purchase something through the application but it refused accepting a different debit card I have. Since then I tried changing my password, the application completely stopped working, the website doesn't log me in when I use my email & password, it does absolutely nothing but cause headaches. Miserable experience overall.
Awful! having used this for some years this is now completely useless. Haven't been able to login for weeks now and customer support have been unhelpful. Beginning to wonder if this might actually be a scam as there have been lots of adverts recently asking people to sign up. Have found other website which offer better discounts which are free. won't be renewing! Don't bother asking for customer support as they simply copy and paste their responses!
awful have not been able to login since getting my card.
awful app, scam of a card. even trying to get an answer from them is impossible. quite simply run off with your money and have an app that funnily enough stops working when theyve accepted payment. If you try to get in touch you must answer the Spanish inquisition to even send the email, but don't expect a reply. posters are up at work warning people against it, but I didnt see until afterwards.
Unexpectedly unable to login on any device - login loop. Waiting for Blue Light Card to fix. Support poor and unable to contact them by phone. Subscription up to date. Changed password, tried from different devices with no cashed history. Alteady raised faults on 11 Apr and 22 Apr.
Impossible to reach the help desk. Options don't apply. Unable to activate the account despite money being taken. Reply to your resonse: I have tried submitting a request several times but the message I get is that my email is incorrect. It is not. Please provide an email address instead.
You can't log in. it says password incorrect (when its not). I reset password and it works for a day. Then same issue. Then they suspended my account. Id just spend £90 on a shopping card I now can not access! So I reset password and now the app wont load at all.
Utterly useless. Locked out for more than two weeks and customer service are incapable of getting me back in. It also takes ages to get a response and even then does not help.
I don't understand what has happened to this app. Ive the most up to date version, uninstalled numerous times and still it won't work as it once did. continually showcasing a hang tight message while it never loads.
