The App is apparently not compatible with my 5 year old phone! and can't be downloaded. I have to use the website instead.

Terrible app..It's a struggle to view your giftcard details with so many authorisations needed and app is always on error. Very inconvenient.
The app has stopped working. When i log in the mainpage will not load but a spanner within a cog icon appears. Sometimes this message appears, 'Oops! It looks this will still take us a little bit longer, we suggest you try again later.' Happens every time now.
terrible. no longer works in the last 4 weeks the app does not load anything, not even the home page. have re-installed a couple of times now and it's just a waste of time. what has happened? it used to work no problem.
Used to work fine. Unable to use now. Just go around in circles
Initially was working, now is always stuck on loading. Does not matter if you clear cache, or if you reinstall, still stuck.
Garbage. Had it since February, haven't managed to use it even once yet. Has you jumping through hoops clicking a dozen links, and then the code you finally get never works - and that's if the app even loads up. Will give it till end of this year since I've already paid for it 🙄 and then cancel - waste of money since I'm not saving anything.
what a pile of pants. installed the app, logged in, selected the offer I wanted to see and clicking on the get discount code took me to an advert. never went to the partner website. there was also a .php page. checked other partner offers and same thing. now uninstall and will use website instead.

I had membership for many years but the last few months been unable to get any offers when pressing to revive my codes the page goes grey, I have tried to reload but tells me my device is no longer compatible,but then tried on my laptop and still the same problem.What can I do I've tried to email still waiting for a response as there is no land line to contact

Rubbish app - response times are as reliable as the police.
not sure someone looks after this app because if they do they will notice that it does not work for many. I cant remember the last time it really opened, I have uninstalled and installed over and over and the app dont work.

this app has honestly gone downhill so much runs so slowly and crashes so much it is pretty much unusable.
Awful app with needless 'security' - have to log in every time you open the app, pointless two screens to enter username and password. Occasionally remembers I have biometrics set but mostly doesn't. Then everything takes an age to load because I assume it is a rubbish web page wrapper so nothing is remembered and every thing is loaded every time you switch pages. So rubbish with slow networks when out shopping.
just paid and downloaded app and all I see is it trying to load (the loading dougnut). cant even search. why making us pay for something and cant even make it work. i have high speed internet and full wifi signal.

Never saves my login details. If I simply look at another app or my home screen and come back it will ask me to log in again.

The service is great but the app is useless, constantly fails to work. my suggestion would be to go to the blc site on your browser and convert it to a progressive web app, it has been far more reliable for me. Edit June 2026: Even this workaround is now unreliable, as many pages just won't load
the app never works. it crashes every time I open it. it is a shame it used to work really well have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. doesn't make any difference

Frustrating, tried to use my app tonight. Let me log in and look at offers but as soon as I tried to choose one the screen turned grey and wouldn't let me. Uninstalled app and tried to re install only to be told it wasn't compatible with my phone !!! So now I've got no app at all to use to get offers. Not good at all. Not everyone has the most up to date phone.
I swear this app used to have decent functionality including a map of local businesses using the card. Now it won't even load anything besides the card itself suggesting I "try again later".
Eleven attempts to sign in before it actually worked. Update: logging in still a chore. given up on the app as its so unreliable. have to log-in via the website.
Set up biometrics to access (as i was always forgetting my password) but it always knocks off and i have to log on manually. Very frustrating as this is a persistent thing, especially if im using it in a shop at the time I need it 😒
app not loading. you can't submit a request cos it just sends you round in circles. won't let me submit a request. there's obviously something seriously wrong judging by all the bad reviews
