Basically non-functional. Just says "Error loading data" but doesn't even hint at what the error might be. Chat with support also just spins. And even though I already said that it just spins when I do so, they respond here and tell me to try support in the app...
This app is spying on you, getting almost everthing including your advertisement id and location, probably to sell this data.
Stop working on my galaxy fold 4. Developer email not working to get support
Down to one star now as it is showing adds in Spanish after last update. Great if works but lots of time it comes up with an error or incomplete test data. Definitely not worth the money.
How is this machine doesnt even connect?
The app does not connect to the device. The service department does not answer phone calls and the chat function just tells me to check the manual. Device beeps but will not connect via Bluetooth to any device. Obviously the developer doesn't read as I have tried to connect with the chat and they cant help. There is an issue with your app both on Android and apple
DONT BUY ONE OF THESE AS THERE IS NO AFTER MARKET SERVICE WHATSOEVER. YOU WILL BE LOSING YOUR MI EY AFTER A YEAR OR SO. This product worked really well for about 12 months. Then it simply stopped talking to the app. I think this occurred d after an app upgrade. I have had no help whatsoever from my reseller and the company has not returned any of my emails. It has now been 4 months and after paying a good amount of money for the blue connect it is completely useless.
Cant load measurments anymore. Keeps saying 'error loading data' but I got a reading the morning???
I don't receive any notifications. Even if set to every measurement.
