i live in a town that doesnt have banks. i called to up my transaction amount and they said they cant i need to go intk a branch. ur gonna make me drive 5 hours to a town just to up my plan and then drive back... pathetic. the next time im in that town im gonna change banks instead. what a waist of time.

Awful app kept asking me for verification. how can I verify if I am out of the country? Innovation is backwards. I can't see my credit card statement, it kept switching to account transfers. Bad app. Worse with every update. Awful layout. Old is better. I can't even screenshot my own financials as proof. Why do you have to change things with every update. Don't fix what's working! You keep breaking your app. Awful layout.

I am using a Samsung S25+ phone that is fully up-to-date om Android 16. Edit: I am in Toronto. Edit: The problem seems to occurs when I turn on fingerprint biometric login. When I turn that off, I am able to log in by entering my password.

This app is clunky and borderline unusable. there's absolutely no reason I should be redirected to a webpage to deposit an e-transfer and have to enter my password again and again to accept in 2026 instead of just being redirected to the mobile app to use biometrics like every other bank I have accounts with. Enter your password incorrectly? Shame - hope you're ready to re-enter your 16 digit card number because the app isn't smart enough to keep it there. Just embarrassing.

Show the interest rate on all accounts. Offer the option to go in dark mode for both the website and mobile app. Also, remove the minimum amount of 100 for making extra payment. I should be able to pay any amount less than $100. Also, educate your call center people to not say there is no IT department. Not able to see cashback on landing page of MasterCard. After being transferred times and being on the phone for over an hour to try to resolve this issue, I was put back to your IVR.
