very bad service
when 2 days ago update app then more issue in headphones
I just wanted to stop this touch function but there is no option. whenever I lay my head on pillow some beast mode balanced mode carrot mode is activated. songs stop playing and volume increased uncontrollably. You had just one job. I have nirvana ion and it's mic is trash. I am not throwing it out just because audio quality is great. But touch function is unnecessary. Just disable it for good

The app is blocked due to firmware update. The firmware update is blocked with error "Device or sdk problem occurred" error. This has been the issue since the last one month. Umabled to control noise cancellation due to this. The heavy price paied to purchase boat headphones gives you nothing.
My devices are not showing up on the app. it says "this product won't support in the app"

I bought an Airdopes prime 91, and it had been 1 year since I am using. The device good and perfectly working and perfectly pairing and connecting to my phone and audio quality is also awesome, just no problems but the problem is with the app I have tried to connect or pair my device with the app many times literally 100s of times in this whole year but it's not happening everytime only one answer Retry or Troubleshoot. I would surely say app needs 0 stars just the 2 stars for device.
