I can't even get my watch
I am having Boat Mystiq watch, I want to pair it with this app, but this model is not even showing in available options, due to which I can't pair watch.
watch frequently disconnects but bluetooth remains connected and pairing again and again is giving me a lot of toll

I have a boat Strom call smart watch, previously the app was supporting good but now it can't be able to update the cloud faces to my watch, but surprisingly custom watch faces and offline watch faces update properly to the watch. I even contacted the support team but after some conversations they said to wait patiently they are working on it but there is no update regarding the issue
In wave lite smartwatch no update of watch faces and no changes. Boat company i request you to update of watch faces.Now give 1 star,if you change and update watch faces then I give you 5 stars.

It's not good at all.
Very poor connecting to watch features it doesn't connect to my watch even though the bluetooth connected with the phone in partial of seconds. the otp's and watch UI is very good but the apps to connect to the watch is very very poor. noice and fireboltt provide better service of just connecting in just less than 2 minutes barely to setup the watch. Very poor experience received by boat truly unacceptable software. The app doesn't connect with the watch.

Absolutely the worst app I've come across. Frm the day I bought the Storm Call 2 years ago, connecting to the app requires a miracle. Gave up & shelved the watch. My analog watch was destroyed so I've been trying to connect the Storm Call to the app for the past 10 days to no avail. The date on the watch shows 30th September (possibly 2024) and the time is way off. There is no way to change the date ans time unless I connect to the app WHICH I CAN'T. So I have a watch that doesn't show time!!!!

I cant connect my watch with mobile even though .I factory reseted the watch and restarted the phone still not connecting also cleared cache and data again still it is showing an error . I used to connect the same watch with my old phone and it used to connect but with my new phone it's not
