Very disappointing experience with this app. I have been trying to log in for almost a month but still cannot access my account, even though I already have a savings account with the bank. I receive the OTP, but the verification does not work properly. At first, I thought it was my phone’s issue, but when I tried on my father’s phone, the OTP filled automatically. This is really frustrating and needs to be fixed. Kindly improve the app experience and resolve this issue.
The BOB World app needs improvement in user experience. The “Forgot PIN” option is misleading because it does not allow users to reset their PIN directly within the app and only redirects to ATM, Internet Banking, or Branch instructions. Modern banking apps usually provide secure in-app reset options after OTP verification. Additionally, the online complaint portal keeps loading during complaint submission. Kindly improve the app flow and portal reliability for a smoother customer experience.
Many times BOB mconnect plus app not reaponding and working.Different time error shows.Please resolve issue for use mobile banking.Very worst banking app of Nationalised bank.It is never helpful when actuall requirement.Require urgent solution to bug fixes. Whenever using application, poor experience face.The worst mobile banking app which is not user friendly app.

App UI is confusing. “Forgot PIN” option does not actually reset PIN, only gives instructions. Please improve user experience and add direct reset feature.

The worst bank ever that I have a bank account. If there is a minus rating so I prefer to give that to this bank. In my phonepe the bob is account is showing some 2k money and if I try to pay so it is showing insufficient balance. So how can I know my exact balance that I have my minimum balance in my account or not.

Total waste app, never show balance or transaction correctly.always get crashed
Not trustworthy. My money should be safe otherwise I will take compensation of Rs 10 lakh. Stupid App. Not user-friendly at all... The app is full with errors, Can't check account balance or fd details. Stupid ads poster flash instead of my bank details. options are not properly working... They deducte a big amount in the name of service charges without any notification that's not acceptable... confusing log in method. Super poor service centre.
