Terrible app! It can't seem to identify the location when I type it in to do a mobile order. The website wouldn't let me click the location so I reluctantly downloaded the app which is also garbage. I already allowed my location all of the time, checked the app settings and it had just accessed my location that minute.

unfortunately the closest Bo I live near is the one at the Loves in Normal IL and for some reason this app doesn't work for that one.

the app is trash. Just delete the app the app store. I every time I try to order it get stuck during check out. does not let you update payments and just gets stuck in loading screen that never loads.
Kept getting errors. Couldn't even add anything to the cart.
Downloaded so I could try to look at the menu before going, and I'm blocked from even viewing it because all the locations near me don't take online orders or deliveries .

This has to be the worst fast food app ever! My family eats there often so I was excited to use the app but EVERY time I tried there was an issue making my order custom the way we like and there's absolutely no type of reward system at all. It would offer me a coupon for large orders then when I tried to use it at checkout it would ALWAYS say sorry this location doesn't accept this coupon......and finally you can't make a mobile order to pickup in the drive thru. you have to go inside.It SUCKS
It won't work after updating if my location settings are set to "ask every time" but I want it to ask me every time because I don't like random apps just having my location without asking. When I login, it freezes on the push notification info screen or just goes white. It also logs out every time I close it, which is annoying. Tried closing and force stopping the app, didn't work.
The app is completely unresponsive and nothing loads now. Pair that with requiring an Olo sign in each time you want to use the app (when the app did work) and their buggy AI drive thru I don't think I'll be eating at Bojangles for awhile.
Terrible app, offers show up but won't work. Tried at locations throughout Va and NC. Also charges a fee to use it.

App doesn't work properly. Stops at a page telling you to turn on notifications. Can't do anything else.

while I may love bojangles chicken and what not, the app is absolutely terrible and does not function correctly. when I first downloaded it, I was given the option of a free chicken sandwich with my next purchase for a limited time. well guess what butter cup, it wont accept my perfectly valid payment information. I tripple checked, quadruple checked the information I put it. I tried again days later after reinstalling the app and it won't add the sandwich to the order. shame on you bojangles
this app is broken, slow, out of date, doesn't contain the allergy menu. it is hard to navigate. it freezes constantly on well maintained and new phones. I recommend using the web than this broken app. Bojangles please look into your app it is really out in shape. A good place to take notes is on Chick-fil-A's app.
signed up but couldn't redem the free offer for sign up because it's only available after 10pm on Saturdays
something broke. 9/10 times can't get past the push notification screen. when it does break through, can't get past the pick location screen. guess no Bojangles for me....
Do not order using this app if you so do not order sauce from these people any location you order sauce from they will charge you $0.78 for it and will not provide sauce as requested this has happened to me every single time I have used this app and your chicken is dry change the grease as well. that one star need to be no stars.

literally can't even order regardless of location being allowed to be tracked or not... what the actual hell.
do not order from the app!!! the app is garbage. if you put in an order for a later time they will make it right away and it will sit the whole time.

It does no good to use the app. Your order is never ready when you get there. It's a lie when they say "skip the line". and they don't even have points to build like EVERY OTHER APP DOES. No need to have this app. 🤷🏼♀️

unusable on android as there are errors that prevent you from adding a payment method. absurd to think an error this fundamental didn't get caught in any kind of QA or testing for a corporation as large as Bojangles
The app isn't operating in South Carolina. This one of the largest states and it's not being used. Promotions on the app aren't accepted in South Carolina. You have to depend on getting emails, texts or facebook posts to get information on Bojangles. Unfortunately, they stopped sending information through these platforms around 2 years ago. This makes for zero advertising for Bojangles.
app WILL NOT load
The app won't fully load. it's been this way at least two weeks. I have offers I can't use and can't place an order.
the app wouldn't accept my order and charged my account 7 times. probably a store issue more than the app but regardless it's a pretty bad first impression.
I can't use my free reward.It won't load into the cart and half of the menu is missing

Just downloaded the app. Can't see the offers. it just buffers then you have to close the app and restart it to get it to respond. finally got my order entered, then it would accept my payment. kept telling something's wrong with my payment method when I know it's not
Fix your app. Credit card asking for MM/YY but it actually wants MM/YYYY. Coding is not hard.
Great food, however this is the worse app I have ever used. Unoptimized, buggy, glitchy, and super slow.
App ALWAYS has issues. It never applies any discounts, you must go inside location. RIDICULOUS!
card processing dosent work the deals they offer sont work or its a hassle to get them applied. and if they mess up on an order its an ever bigger hassle to try and get it corrected and refunded. I can see why they have a 3 star rating.
