I uninstalled bol and I will stop to use because to be honest I'm tired that it's the only ad that pop up on YouTube every 3 minutes of a video.. these forced commercials are very annoying.

Reliability of Bol.vom is dwindling rapidly. I have been customer for years and even during Covid it was always reliable. If really something went wrong, they sent again or refunded fast. The past few months this has gotten much worse. More third-party vendors, barely any delivery arranged by bol directly and the vendors they take on are apparently not properly vetted as there are so many who fail to deliver at all and certainly dont communicate appropriately. Very disappointing!

I've got an invoice via post that I have to pay a fine for 7 euros related to my order that costs 4.5 euro!! I do not get any notification via the app related to the invoice .. I call the client service and they told me the the notification is only via email .. I do not check my email regularely so the app is useless .. not happy with that .. bad experience with the app and the service ..

laatste update werkt super slecht. heel veel schermen flashen door elkaar. ik heb zonet een bestelling willen plaatsen en plots was dit afgerond, zonder keuze van de betaalmethode en een leveradres dat ik niet ken.
Fijn dat ik niet meer manueel mijn bancontact kaart kan invullen.... nu ben ik praktisch uitgesloten van zaken op jullie website te kopen. Heb dit probleem al meermaals aangehaald omdat ik nog met een kaartlezer betaal. Ik hoop dat dit ooit eens terug kan worden rechtgezet.

Sinds de laatste paar updates blijft die eenhoorn alles opvreten. paar keer filter gebruiken en de app begeeft het en kan ik niet meer inloggen. Moet eerst alle storage and cache clearen voor het weer werkt. Maar 5 minuten later gebeurd het weer.
Bol has become a dumpster for Alibaba resellers. Why pay 400% markup here for the same cheap plastic found on AliExpress? Searching is a nightmare; results are flooded with low-quality dropshipping goods. Finding durable products with real warranties is nearly impossible now. You are failing customers by allowing this trash. Even Amazon has better quality control. Other dumpsters like AliExpress at least support English, you don't even do that.
if 0 stars would've been possible I wouldve filled it in. 1. theyve allowed dropshippers to run their website for too long. stupid stuff you'd expect from wish or Alibaba garbage. 2. it happened on more than 1 occasion that an order got cancelled on their end, or some articles not even appearing when searched for to begin with. 3. pathetic botted reviews in both Google app store and YouTube seems retarded for a big shop like this.
can't use in English and even after I translated by myself registration not working said try later for 2 days I tried an app must be easy and can be used in many languages especially it is made so people can buy their needs

they don't return the money! I ordered, they said address does exist and put it in parcel box somewhere else. it automatically returned to their warehouse and then they didn't return the money of returned order!
Nonexistent customer service. My package got simply delayed when it was clearly promised to be delivered on a specific date . Rude customer service just ignored the issue. Just buy from Amazon.
their review system does not work when a negative review is about to be posted. weired and very low quality service. they need to learn from the Chinese retailers or Amazon.
Horrible App if you place an order they don't get you to payment and they immedietly send the order no mtf i want to pay directly now i don't want to pay later and then they send you warning with extra cost on top of that bcz you didn't paid faking horrible payment method.
sucky filtering and a lot of sponsored products from alibaba. A lot of garbage to be honest. It feels like amazon sometimes.

"Order from bol? This is easiest via our app" Yes, in english or french...But for questions or returns you have an interface in dutch!!! And their "bot" can help you in dutch!!!
Hidden fees to steal your money. They will purposely not charge you, send you the merchandise and then say they are going to send you to collections unless you pay an additional fee. When you try to call them to settle the issue they are rude and hang up on you only to make further threats. Their products are already overpriced, but this is criminal. Just shop on Amazon as they somehow manage to treat you better.
thieves they charge me 15 euros with out my permission disgusting it suppose to be an app for shopping but no they save ur card and they start charging you for subscription that you won't use and no way to cancel am disgusted
Ondanks notificatie instellingen staan op uitsluitend: informatie over bestellingen en chats, worden er ook andere push meldingen verstuurd. Ik heb er geen behoefte aan op zondagmorgen wakker gepingeld te worden door een welkomstbericht.
I ordered a table. due to low quality,I requested a return on the day I received the table but each time their vendor is canceling my return request saying I prefer to keep the item. their vendor never even contacted me and just kept canceling requests.

horrible checkout experience! after i enter my card details to pay it directs me to a page where my cart is emptied and then my items show up under "my orders " as "cancelled". tried with multiple cards , and no idea how to check out now! happened in the app

Needs constant login credentials. Not workable. Do not use! Stick to the online version instead.
The app is not allowing you to easily reach and talk with the customer service. The integrated bot is pretty useless when you have problems. I ordered something 3 weeks ago, and have been asked to wait, while the order is clearly lost.
Order delivered without taking payment (claiming i asked for this) and now they don't accept credit card, don't accept PayPal, don't accept Klarna or any other completely normal way of dealing with online payments. I now need to do a bank transfer like its the bloody 90s. Really poor.

Zoeken naar VGA naar HDMI geeft als eerste resultaat HDMI naar VGA terug. Een webshop met een waardeloze zoekfunctie. Het lijkt mij dat ze beter wat minder kunnen adverteren en wat meer in de ontwikkeling van de zoekfunctie kunnen stoppen.
