Selten eine so schlechte App erlebt 1) Anmeldung im Browser hängt in einer Schleife ohne brauchbare Fehlermeldung; erst nach vielen Versuchen klappts wohl zufällig. 2) Identifizierung per eID nur über die App möglich, trotz vorhandenem Reader und AusweisApp am PC - keine Alternativen. 3) AppAnmeldung auch nur zufällig irgendwann, um dann festzustellen Handy hat defekten NFC-Reader, eID-Anmeldung scheitert; auf älterem Gerät mit funktierenden NFC kommt die App nicht über den Login hinaus s.o.

Abzocke! hier wird weiterhin ein riesen Betrag Geld verlangt für etwas das gesetzlich einmal im Jahr kostenlos beantragt werden darf: Die Mieterauskunft bzw Datenkopie nach Art. 15 DS-GVO

wollte bonify nutzen für Schufa. account erstellt, eingeloggt, Identifikation über Bank.... geht nicht. Endless Circular loader. OK, über ID und Selfie versucht.... abgeschickt.... dauert länger.... dann Rückmeldung: geht nicht. ... ... 30min später...oh zweite Rückmeldung. geht doch! Dann also einloggen um endlich Schufa zu erstellen..... einloggen geht nicht mehr. Einfach Fehlermeldung. Warum genau? keine Ahnung. Und nebenbei immer diese Meldung: AI translation. no guarantee for accuracy.
Auch nach Zustimmung, dass bonify die Daten von SCHUFA abrufen darf, wird nichts aktualisiert. Der neue Score ist genau so unübersichtlich und überhaupt nicht transparent

BonitätCheck Zahlung ist erfolgreich, aber der Zertifikat taucht nie auf und die App zeigt nur eine Lade-Animation mit "bitte warten sie bis zu 60 Sekunden". Und das passiert wenn man zügig die Unterlagen weitergeben muss... :/ EDIT: nein, ich bekomme kein PDF runtergeladen (sogar nicht per Mail), dieses Link/Button taucht nie auf, und ich denke ihr solltet besser eure Software testen und mehr QA machen ;)

Die Identifizierung ist ausschließlich mit einem deutschen Ausweis möglich; ein Zugang über das eigene Bankkonto ist sonst erforderlich mit Einsicht in allen Transaktionen. EU-Bürger benötigen keinen Aufenthaltstitel, erhalten jedoch über die üblichen Standardwege keine Möglichkeit zu identifizieren ohne die Transaktionen Preis zu geben obwohl dies schon längst standardisiert und möglich ist. Einfach schlecht.

this app is disaster. nothing is working, it requires strange updates from 2 sources. how can you develop such a poor usability? i really need to break my head to make it work
Super schlechte Erfahrung! Zu vermeiden! Ich habe versucht, SmartKonto zu abonnieren - sie haben meine Karte belastet, mir aber kein Abonnement gegeben. Der Support war hilflos, und ich musste die Zahlung über meinen Kreditkartenanbieter zurückfordern (was viel Zeit gekostet hat). Jetzt ist das Gleiche mit dem Mieterbericht passiert. Sie haben mein GooglePlay-Konto belastet, dann ist ein Fehler aufgetreten und der Bericht wurde nie geliefert. Diese App ist sehr sehr fehlerhaft.

Extrem sketchy Nutzung des perso zur Authentifizierung - ohne die Nutzung der offiziellen App, sondern schlecht selbst implementiert. Schade.

schlimmer als die Schufa
Don't waste your time with this app because it doesn't work. Identify myself with 2 methods but still don't want to show me my data, the application want you to get to the third method of identification that is your bank account, this is the whole point of this SCAM app. And as a reply to your request to me you should have a team of testers that right automation test and manual test the app before releasing, I'm not your tester.
I've never seen such a bad app in a long time, are there no developers left in Germany to make this app really work?? i don't recommend trying to install it. Create an account on Schufa.de
Schön, dass man seinen Score endlich kostenfrei einsehen kann. Mit der Menge an Werbung und dem Detailgrad der Infos die kostenfrei verfügbar sind trotzdem weiterhin eine Frechheit

Sketchy and useless app. Identification sometimes works if the insanely buggy app is closed and re-opened enough times. After identification you get a base score that you can not even screenshot nor export. Additionally, it suggests you products, such as loans that you can take out, which is insanely sketchy. Please note that you are giving this app all your data and it had data breaches in the past. You have a right to a free SCHUFA score via DSGVO and I would recommend to use that instead.
bonify sent an email about a free month but somehow hides that it also includes 12 months paid membership. Now unfortunately I must pay. I want to cancel the contract before one free month. today all companies give one week or one month absolutely free trial period and customer can chose to continue or cancel. shame on you bonify
Es kommt immer zu einem "Ladenfehler". Oder es heißt "Wir brauchen Ihre Zustimmung" aber wenn ich auf "Ich stimme zu" klicke, passiert nichts. Benutz lieber die Website, die ist genauso schlecht, aber wenigstens machst du dein Handy nicht schmutzig.
Die App ist total nutzlos, wenn du kein Abo hast. Spar dir die Installation.
Ich kann mein Klarna-Konto nicht mit der App verbinden und es wird angezeigt, dass ich meine Zustimmung nicht gegeben habe, obwohl ich meine Zustimmung zum Zugriff auf meine Schufa-Daten gegeben habe.
Alle drei Identifikationsmethoden ausprobiert und auch abgeschlossen. Jedes Mal keine Angabe zum Basisscore. Damit ist die App unbrauchbar und zu nichts zu gebrauchen.
useless, can't identify, can't do nothing with it, no proper support
Asking me to enter my german ID Card (eID) PIN in a non-government certified app is a total no go. Very unprofessional. App also keeps crashing and discarding my login data.
