The app was working completely fine till the major newest update. Now mine ordered history everything deleted. Before everything was nicely organized under my orders. now we cannot give feedback about a product. I was looking for the size of one of the jackets I ordered that is how I got to know all the purchase history deleted just like that. Truly disappointed.
wat een slechte update! Bestel gescheidenis is weg (alleen als factuur nog zichtbaar) van vóór 28-1-2026 (update datum?) => je kan niet meer via de account terug sturen of een review geven, alleen nog telefonisch...
Sinds de update kan ik m'n bestelgeschiedenis niet meer zien (ook m'n bestellingen van december en januari niet, terwijl dat wel zou horen), en is m'n hele verlanglijst leeg. Daarnaast vind ik de nieuwe look sanzienlijk minder duidelijk dan de oude. Het is gewoon niet meer leuk 'shoppen' zo, en zelfs voor nodige dingen is het niet goed meer. Dan maar ergens anders winkelen.

Bonprix partners with half baked products like Shoop which promises great cash backs but orders doesn't gets tracked and at the end when customer submits a request with all the valid proof they are asked for wait for few months. It's just shady way of getting customers. I would highly recommend checking Topcashback which at least works.

Login fails due to capture not working. Quite unprofessional considering that you are recommended to use the app for retour process.

V aplikaci nefungovalo tlacitko pro pridani slevy (alespon ne tak, jak k nemu byly vypsany v aplikaci instrukce). Kdyz jsem se obratila s problemem nefunkcniho prvku aplikace telefonicky na prodejce, dockala jsem se ponizovani a arogance, kde mi pani mnohokrat odsekla, ze to tlacitko funguje, a sdelila mi nahradni kod ktery pry davaji "zakaznikum, co si to aktivovat neumi". S tak nechutnym jednanim jsem se coby zakaznik jeste nesetkala a aplikaci i samotny Binprix jiz nejspis nevyuziji.
You have to login everytime. Update April 2024: now you can't even login anymore. Login page is on a loop. Every time i login in i get redirected back to the login page.

I really want to use the comfort of the app but for some reason I cant log in, even though my account exists and password is correct. Any advice? Im constantly redirected to the log in Text fields even though I entered the data.
Full of bugs, holes and loops. Too little information about paying or even returning. Best is to shop from their web page.
Seit dieses friendly captcha zur Verhinderung von Bots eingeführt wurde wird es einem echt schwer gemacht ein angenehmes Einkaufserlebnis zu haben. Und seit einigen Tagen bin ich gar nicht mehr in der Lage mich einzuloggen was echt frustrierend ist. So macht das Einkaufen weder Spaß noch Sinn und ich bin kurz davor das Kundenkonto zu löschen und die App von meinem Handy zu deinstallieren
The most annoying app have ever come across
Die FriendlyCaptcha lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. 2 Minuten muss man teilweise warten bis man prüfen kann, ob nun das Passwort stimmt. Als App für den Verkauf dann fast unbrauchbar, in der Zeit hätte ich bei Wettbewerbern bereits mehrere Bestellungen abschließen können.
Funktioniert nicht
Will not let you redeem discount codes, navigation is clunky, will not let you log in. Terrible app.
Ich habe ständig Probleme mit meinem Warenkorb und kann deswegen nicht kaufen. Vom deutschen Support habe ich gehört, dass es sich um ein internes Problem handelt, und sie wissen nicht, wann es gelöst wird. Eindeutig erbärmlich.

Despite being said to be free of shipping costs,d elivery isn't free.
I love this store, but the app is really not user-friendly when it comes to looking back on orders or even when you want to return something. Would be nicer if it was more accessible, like other apps, with easier menus and also adding the photos of the items you ordered.
why can't they put buy as a guest. I don't like to download apps.
