terrible company. the day of travelling to gran canaria they cancelled our booking and the stress was through the roof . no help was forthcoming, cost me an extra 300 pounds more to find a place on the day and customer service run and hide behind no reply emails. one star isn't low enough
said genius 10% discount and at the end the price was absolutley the same as incognito serch from computer without login a lot of BS and fake advertisment

Ive been trying to use this in 7 different cities all month and have not been able to book a single reservation. sometimes my card doesn't work (works on Hostelworld!), sometimes it says my internet went out while trying to reserve a room (internet works on everything else!) Really a huge disappointment.

Choose everything else! I have been in the highest level almost 10 years with the highest level of customer service. In all that time, not a single issue have been solved, absolutely impossible to cancel or get refund, no matter how ridiculous the case is. If they don't have any arguments, they just stop replying. You can't add pictures or proofs to complaints or issues and it's extremely difficult to contact by purpose and it's no way to take screenshot of confirmations. I am done with this!
