The seat availability shown on this app is not always accurate. On multiple occasions, it showed that a theatre was almost full or completely booked, but when I actually went for the show, nearly half the seats were empty. This creates a false sense of urgency and makes it difficult to know the real availability before booking. I hope BookMyShow improves the accuracy of its seat inventory so users can make informed decisions.

Playstore doesn't provide any option for negative stars, otherwise I would definitely rate it negative 👎👎

Why do I have to add details again in apply offer section when I have saved all my card in payment section..We can simply have a option of choose and select...cards are not always handy and it's very time consuming to add cards details again and again.
