I don't know what they did when they revamped the app but whatever they did it does nothing but glitch now you get to payments and it reloads it's nothing but a hassle so it is deterred me from even going to booster juice.

rewards expire! no point in even trying to get 50 points for a booster ball when they expire before I get to 33!
Tthis app is bad, very slow for everything, transactions don't get processed. Unable to place a single order since installing.
Fields for input are missing when trying to add a credit card making the app useless.
The app refused to actually open

Not that the update is completely and I have used it for a few weeks. I can say that it was a very poor update. Its much slower. doesnt work as well as the old app, doesnt look as nice and adds nothing new for users.... not sure why this was ever done.
I got a new phone and can't login to my account. $30 gift card wasted. Resetting my password isn't even an option, I don't get an email to reset. And where is customer service?
This app is a total waste of time. The points take forever to accumulate and they expire, so unless you're buying 1-2 drinks a week it's not even worth using. Also, the app crashes quite a bit and has little quirks that make ordering a pain.
You can't sign up in app because of a bug. The password field asks for one special character but it never accepts when a special character is entered. So you're perpetually stuck on a page telling you to enter a special character even if you already have 10 of them in the password field. Not even the most basic testing was done.
The app is terrible and doesn't work at all. I can't order through the app, saying there's an internet connection error, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the cache etc. and to no avail.
The order option is not working.
since update, the order page usually doesn't load and pick-up is the only option now. Not sure why delivery cant be accommodated?

App is not functioning at all. Haven't been able to order anything at my local booster juice in weeks.
new update broke everything
They've been getting a new update to ordering online for over a month now!!!!! They just keep changing the date of the notification on notification in your inbox. No other app has taken this long to "improve" something. You also can't combine gift cards into one like other apps.
Now it's only showing me 5 locations (none of which are in my area) to order ahead from.
The app is terrible
love booster juice. App is almost useless since the update. I like to order ahead because im usually working and makes it easier. now my only option for ordering ahead is in Edmonton.... im like 6 hours from there.
The latest app update has been the worst. It hasnt been working since about mid- November. Can only scan for points or redeem gift cards I cant order online anymore, history is gone, only available location is in a different city, providing feedback yielded no response. Definitely impacts how often Im purchasing by alot; its pretty annoying.
this app is pure garbage, I even sent them feed back on the app, they did even got back to me but the reply sounded more like they are clueless, here is a summary of how incompetent they are "everything is working fine on mine, there is nothing wrong." and somehow the app got even worse now, before I asked about splitting gift card remaining balance and my credit card, they said I can just hit split payment, i did it said my card had insufficient funds, even though I enter the exact amount
App is useless now. If you can't order ahead of select any locations, what's the point?
your latest update will not let me pick a location or order any drinks. Please fix. Something is definitely wrong.
after the latest update in November, I cannot use the app anymore. none of the locations will be available to use.
mobile ordering no longer functional. says no locations available.
If I try and reorder at a store that I've mobile ordered from before, it says "that store doesn't do mobile ordering", but if I put in a new address, it says there are no store nearby. Essentially useless as I can't mobile anywhere 😐
Newest update doesn't show any locations so you can't order ahead.
It stopped taking orders, so it's currently just a really slow wallet for its loyalty and gift cards.

yeah I really love this. okay it asks for permission for this and that and everything else okay but did it tell me about super boost Monday? no it didn't and you know how I found out about it. I went into the app itself to figure out what's going on. I have not redeemed my coupon for a super booster for Monday. I tried looking at the menu and it said there's not a location in my area. my area is Hamilton so there is how many in Hamilton. there's quite a few like there's one in Eastgate Square
Just tripped on a strangers order they never got
good
After an update a few months ago this app refuses to work, with error "app directory not ideal, please install app in main space". I intentionally install all my commercial apps in work profile for privacy and security reasons, and all of the other ones work fine. Until this gets fixed I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Every time you have a new location, you have to create a whole new order. You can't reorder what you ordered last time. And you always have to put in a card every time you pick a new location, which is absolutely infuriating.
Rewards expire too fast.
Got turned away for my birthday drink 😶. Really?!?
can't login into my account, cant reset my password, doesn't send me a reset link . when creating a new account can't set my birthday because every time I set the month and move to the date the month changes automatically. this app sucks !!!
