The app doesn't automatically add your advantage card even if you've logged in to your Boots account. If you login to your account, your advantage card should automatically show up too.

I wanted to give zero stars but that's not an option here, so I'm giving this app one more star than it actually deserves, so I can post a review. Whatever you do, don't choose the 'virtual card' option when downloading the app, because if you break your old phone & replace it, you'll lose your virtual card and all of the points you've built up.

This app is no longer supported for my Huawei phone.
I think this ap is insecure. Feedback 3 times now and nothing! If you say you've forgotten your password it'll send you an email to change it. That's ok but then whilst logging in it sends a sms out. My point is if you've changed your mobile number lime me Someone else now has my code. There's no way to change your mobile 🤨🤬
The searching takes forever and never actually loads. I've tried clicking through the options in the menu and using the search bar and nothing loads, how is this app usable?? I can't even browse
absolutely rubbish, its the worst app ive ever used. Everytime I order on there it never works and I always have to reset my password.

Bad.
One problem after another. Won't simply load up to scan Advantage Card until app updated; update app then data for app has to be manually cleared to get it working. Just to scan my card I had to update, clear all data, sign back in, wait on a code, then go to emails to find and add the card which is somehow not just tied to my account! The fact that staff recommended adding Advantage Card to Google Wallet shows how useless this app is, fix it instead of making us work around please.

Can forget whats in basket. Doesn't always add items to basket. Looking at product pages - suddenly crash and youre taken back to home page.
did not recognise my account even after using the code sent after once more having to call shopping online with boots is the worst experience I have ever had I buy everything online with no issue however this is beyond awful online is easy every where else apart from boots when I call I'm told " you don't have an account only a card" after being a customer since I worked for the company in another lifetime. I am very disappointed that I am unable to place my order despite my details being shown
Every time the app needs an update, it won't let me open it unless I uninstall and reinstall back
Unusable app. Where do I start? I have registered a virtual card, and linked a physical card, but the home screen still keeps telling me to sign up or link card. When I click on the my card symbol it just says add my card or register. If I click on Sign Up from the home screen it shows my online card number minus the last 3 digits, and shows the points I got on my physical card today There is no way I can scan my card from the app in store. Complete waste of time.
This new App. is incompatible with my phone, apparently! So what now, Boots?
I had the boots app on my honor magic 5 phone with no problems. After switching to an Honor 400, the app no longer works and says as a Huawei user I will have to update through their app store. The app is up to date on all app stores and still doesn't work.
can't never go through my past purchases to order the same product again! every time I have to search the items!
The app got updated whilst I was using it and it's been updated so that it no longer works with my device so it's now useless to me and will have to be uninstalled despite me having items in my basket and unable to formally close the account via the app.
it does not link to my boots card .... I've logged onto the app using my email address. The advantage card isn't on the app (linked to email). I can see previous orders, including ones paid via points. not happy as the app is currently pants. went to savers to purchase goods instead.

its dumb you cant check out individual item you have to empty the remaining backet to checkout individual items its plain STUPID
upgraded it to the newest version via Google store, and it keeps requesting the newest update same experience with the most recent update. so the app is unusable. have to uninstall and then reinstall it every single time there's an updrade. and each time it deleted my card and would not add it back the worst app ever. each upgrade destroys it

Great loyalty program IMO, with one big BUT........ having to load offers to your card in advance is tedious in the extreme.
