Add the night theme, white text in black background.. White background damage, retina, and cause sleep problems...All apps almost have black baggrounf, so outdated

i used to love this app, until I realized they make every time a soft inquiry when you login or if you enter many times to your credit history, Even it's a soft inquiry if any company or landloard check this they can get worried about many inquiries about that, i got around 20 pages of that historial .. that makes look a little weird my credit report
Besides the fact that it doesn't know what my credit score is, which is the entire point of the product, it's amazing. If this has also been a waste of time for anyone else, fyi most online banking accounts will reveal your credit score to you, which is how I finally found my score. Great idea for a website, now you just need to actually have it work properly. But this is your entire purpose, so.... anyways thanks for nothing
Your phone identity verification system doesn't accept Freedom Mobile as mobile operator. I am not able to verify once I enter my OTP. All my banks are fine with Freedom but not Borrowell. This sounds like a "YOU" problem.
False advertising for companies that false advertise themselves. Makes everything a hassle to find out it's false too. Really pushy/sales-y email list too.
needs to update credit score portion of this app seeing as it is in accurate i have 2 other apps that's say my credit score is much higher than what Burrwell is saying besides this the recommendations portion is a nice touch

I wouldn't suggest that anyone download this app they are the most aggressive app ie in trying to access my personal information in only one day over 4000 attempts!! not joking I swear stay away! danger danger to your privacy 🔏 and they support aggressive and deceiving loan companies one inperticular Spring Financial, bad news company who promise you everything and don't follow up or even worse don't come up with their sales pitch...
You can't even finish your profile set up. what a horribly sloppy app. they ask how long you've lived at your current place, but, when the calendar pops up, you have to pick the current year, or, literally scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll through 15 years worth of living here. How stupid do you have to be? I've literally never seen that dumb set-up before in my life. You're supposed to be able to click the year and pick it that way.
I go a report yesterday. now the app, and website refuse to give me it. pathetic I've wasted an hour trying to retrieve it. good for if you want to see your credit once then never again.

wrong reporting
app never works, can't ever get past the login... I get redirected to the website, enter my username and password then get my login code in sms then go back to the app or website and it's frozen and still on the sign up/login page and nowhere to enter my login code....
absolute trash...2nd time ive tried using the app, once years ago and it never workes then and ita doing the same thing again. after i log in it never stops the small circle spinning like its thinking..waited over an hour. and why are they keeping old log in from over a decade ago. then when u request help..its 1 to 3 business days for a response. whats the point.
from the start this service and app have been useless I tried the rent reporting thing it says you can use 24 previous months and you can't and its difficult to get your current rent payments acknowledged 6 months in and theres nothing showing on my credit report even tho the app say its been reported, and there is ZERO, none, not even the smallest amount of customer support if I could give it less then 1 star I would
Can't seem to turn it off! Uninstalled it, canceled account, but still getting emails from it!
Signed up for the credit builder program only to find out that it doesn't improve your credit score. I then cancelled only to find out that they changed their policy so that you don't receive a dime back when what I originally signed up for was a policy that includes most of what you pay in being sent back to you. No update and only found out afterward. The policy and agreement you sign up for should be honored. They refuse to provide the owed funds. DO NOT PAY THEM. Legal process to come.
I've used this app for a while and now it won't log in correctly, no information as to why I can't login anymore. not sure if there's a glitch, and there's no way to see if there's a glitch

My credit score has not been updated for more than 1 year. This app is showing inaccurate information, and the updates are consistently late and confusing. I have reached out to the borrowers support team multiple times, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is very frustrating and unacceptable, given the importance of accurate credit reporting.

there is a big disparity in credit score in borowell app and when I checked through my scotia bank app. seems like this is a waste of time and energy. and most of the amounts owing are not even updated after 2 months.. cannot trust this app
The app understated my credit score for a long time.
I thought this app was great- until you sent me a FAKE ALERT EMAIL in the middle of the NIGHT, telling me I had 19 changes to my credit report when there were ZERO, and destroyed every shred of YOUR credibility! Seriously considering uninstalling after this VERY POOR move from your email team at THREE IN THE DAMN MORNING telling me my credit is basically under attack. SHAME ON YOU.
Pre qualified for a CC, tried applying at least 10 times, when i get to the ID picture part, the app crashes...Not a great experience...
The app wont open!! it needs an update!! it just keeps spinning like its thinking.... I uninstalled nd reinstalled now it works
Has been great for years, but now the app just won't load. No idea why, and it won't tell me why. I will give it a couple more tries over the month and see if it corrects itself otherwise I will need to find a new app. Edit: Tried to uninstall and reinstall to log in. Apparently I am blocked by CloudFlare. adjusted from 4 stars to 1
terrible
not accurate. Says I owe money when I don't. Says I missed payments when I missed none. My score finally goes up and falls false reasons.
