Now 24 hours later and camera/light still not working. Called Bosch helpline and gave up after waiting for 30 minutes. Appalling customer service. 28/09/24 I have attempted restarting about 50 times. I have followed the instructions, however, according to Bosch the red light will turn white. Camera REMAINS red, and pushing the reset has no effect.
If I could give it a rating of 0 stars it would still not do it right. I have a lot of experience with IOT but this is total rubbish. 1st of all to be able to connect the camera ONLY over 2.4Ghz???? that is utterly stupid. Most routers today do this automatically and can't be forced to only 2.4Ghz. So I set up an old router in order to force my network to 2.4Ghz. Then after multiple times trying the camera App finally found the camera but never completed the installation. Only red green light.
Why do I get signed out automatically after some time? Pretty annoying.
Latest update is terrible (April 2024), it's the first time ever that the app either will not open or it takes ages to open. Worst version ever. Just waiting now for the update to fix this new problem that they've created

Rubbish
Recordings just do not transmit so you can not view them. Pointless to have a camera where you cannot view what happened! Customer service slow, sent an IT incident a week ago and replied to the information they wanted lots of technical questions but did not resolve the issue. Get a ring doorbell much easier!
I had to create my account twice on bosch ID. I had to reset the camera twice before it was linked successfully with my account. The android app doesn't provide real video stream and when you turn the camera you lose half of the frame until you restart the app... For 270€, It will go back to Amazon as fast as it arrived.
Have two cameras and they worked fine for months. Now they no longer connect to cloud. Have contacted Bosch support and they didn't fix this issue for two months now. They ignore my emails.

Please open the SingleKey ID login prompt in my default browser, and not so wierdly embeded. This would allow us to use the Password manager by the browser.
It didn't capture the complete event even though the subject passed right in front of the camera. Apart from this the camera generally works well, the speed of the app (browsing through videos, making adjustments) could be improved.
