Make an update for this app to work or won't buy another Bose item, already bought a Soundcore speaker and its cheaper and better quality than yours. Take accountability and fix the issue you created.

forces you to make an account then once you get in it doesn't actually do very much then changes the behavior of the device on the phone then a few days later you try to use the app and it just loops in a broken cycle waste of time just use your phone's Bluetooth normally

This does not connect to my 2 Boise speakers in party mode. I got it to work once and it was not easy. 1/4/2025: Disconnected, reinstalled, same problem - does not work. 5/31/25: started getting app to work but it takes 10 minutes and I have to keep going back and forth between speakers. once working it sometimes loses connection with the second speaker. 3/29/2026: new phone, same party mode connection issues.
even after so many years nothinf has changed, still party mode connection is very hard to achieve.
buggy app that never gets updated
DOESN'T work in a Motorola G86 5G with Android 15, making my SoundLink Flex useless. Shame on you, Bose.
Opening the app does nothing. it used to. Now it just goes in circles asking me to verify its connection when everything is connected and/or fine.
it's difficult to understand why the artificial intelligence restrict the actual devices nearby.
This app sucks. Went to "upgrade" to the better App PER the app I had. New App installed and when trying to connect the headphones, I slide down then release and I get a notice saying: "WE HAVE A BETTER APP FOR THAT For the best experience pair your Bose.." It wont let me scroll up to see what it wants me to connect to. That's all I get. Put App on in 2022 after first Bose headphone set and no issue. Now it wants me to update to.........? 🤷♀️

one of the worst apps I have ever worked with. Consistently won't connect your speakers or simply disconnects your speakers. if you are in the market for speakers to pair, DON'T but bose speakers, go with another brand that actually invests in their apps. bose speakers sound great, but a waste of money if you want to connect multiple speakers because the app simply does not work well. Do better Bose. ANOTHEr UPDATE: App is still horrendous and Bose has not released any kind of fix, been a year
Horrible App. It's annoying to spend $300 on a pair of headphones and get this kind of garbage for an app. It signs you out almost every time you use it. then sometimes it won't even load without uninstalling and reinstalling. The headphones sound better than Apple, but Apple knows how to program an app, so I'm tempted to make a switch with Hardware as well. Smh...
waste. it wouldn't even let me use the app past "we have a better app for this", maybe I don't want to use that app! I'm not getting anymore Bose nothing!

basically pointless imo
this app has been pretty clunky and not user-friendly during the time that I've had it. over the last couple weeks the app has wiped all my preferences and I've had to reinstall all my speakers repeatedly. tonight I want to listen to some music and found that the app reset all my preferences once again and I would have to add in all my speakers, but now now none my speakers will add to the app. oooooof. for a premium sound system this app is decidedly lacking.
