Very bad experience with BOTIM. I made a withdrawal on 9 January and until today I have not received my money. I sent many emails, calls, ARN numbers, and even verification documents again and again, but still no proper solution. Customer support only sends automatic replies and does not solve the issue. This is extremely disappointing and stressful. Please return my money urgently.
worst experience ever, They mentioned free international transactions thur botim wallet and Debit card. Deducted charges 3 times. when I tried to contact the customer service, I sent an email to the team. they replies me and asked to send my id details and the screen shot of the issue. I did the same I have submitted all the details. now after 3 days I again sent a reminder to them there is no reply from their side. worst experience

my husband send cash through botim money. it has been a month still not credited. communicating regularly with the support team and shared all the documents they requested but no update regarding the money. very poor service. it was a urgent transfer and our need can't be fulfilled because of the delay caused by botim. how can we trust. the issue is still unsolved.
-Worst experience almost every time. -Send money if you have reserved balance into your beneficiary account. - Because this app is not for instant or emergency payment sending. - They don't have good customer services. - Don't send money/Don't take tension/ Don't recommend to anyone/ - Stay away / keep relax And search any other good one..............

Case 396782 Its 3 month now complete since .. Botim has failed to transfer my money to my new botim acount . I have give every thing and sad part no one care . And thats how you end up loosing your full salary am so sad .
I attempted re-installation a hundred times solely to register with my mobile number. Each instance, the identical message emerged: kindly await the subsequent day, as the OTP is incorrect, even though I provide the very same OTP received in my message..
I use BOTIM for every purpose - calling, chatting, and wallet services - but because the Easy Cash feature never appears for me, I feel like I will not even get my card collected or approved. The system is unclear, unpredictable, and gives no proper explanation. BOTIM needs to improve transparency and support for loyal users.

For the past week, the beneficiary page has been extremely slow and often fails to load. This is unacceptable and is seriously affecting international transfers. The system is not functioning properly, causing significant inconvenience. Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue immediately.

I updated Botim via playstore and i received an OTP on WhatsApp from Singapore. Is that for everyone or is it some suspicious activity that i should be concerned about?
I will never recommend this Botim because no one will assist you if you need to complain and theres a lot of problem fir sending money. if theres a zero i will give you Zero.
extreme worst expirience
customer service is very poor level i sent several email to botim care to change my number because i cannot amend it from my application and its appearing error. after 5 emails also they didnt provide me solution or even reply.
one of the waste customer service I mailed them regarding that some others eid profile is there in account but they dnt even care

None of the phones get a call reliably and you get to see missed calls only when you open the Ap
