Can't even get past the verify account stage, I put in the code from the email and nothing loads or happens, no buttons to push or anything, very frustrating.
Terrible to use. Ruined my day. I haven't been able to complete an order due to app freezing, unable to easily add or remove items from cart and checkout button disappearing. Would have spent $100s in the app, disappointing!!!
Absolutely useless app on Android, could not navigate the cart, screen would not scroll. It works like it was developed by a smart 10 year old. Don't bother.

Don't use this app to purchase booze for delivery. We sat at home for the two hour window and nothing came. When we called up they told us nobody had picked up our order for delivery. Nobody bothered to tell us it was just sitting there. We were also not allowed to go and pick it up as it was an "automated process". What a joke. We will never shop at bottle mart again.

Terrible app to use, can't remove items from bag, can't even purchase the ones you do want, double checked the store was available for pick up and delivery and online orders, nothing works. Ok for finding specials etc ,but prices don't match instore prices with or without the membership. Very frustrating, have deleted and re installed and still have same issues, app is also up to date. ugh very annoying
