this is the lowest of low airlines. you can't check bags with them until it's almost time to go to your plane so you can't relax without paying g an additional fee to airport to hold bags. Secondly you almost certainly not take off on time. and the only employees they can get is fired spirit workers. they need to put negative stars on this. and don't ask anyone a question nobody knows anytime. and don't try to contact airlines they don't have live customer support. not one person

Initially, there was a two hundred dollar discount when applying for the card.I applied for the card and the price went back to full price! bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst airline experience I've ever had. I never even got to fly. I needed to change my flight time and was given the runaround with no real customer service and no way to speak to a live agent. My only option was to cancel, which cost me $340. I was forced to book a last-minute flight with Southwest for another $400. Losing hundreds of dollars because of a simple flight change is ridiculous. Never again.. I promise you pay the extra fee with legit airlines cause this one SUCKS!

Payment for my travel insurance wasn't processed successfully.
when i originally booked my flight i booked the incorrect dates. when I realized the mistake I tried to change my flight dates. breeze advertised that if you had an account you could change your flight date and would only be charged the difference in fares based on the new date. the only option on there app was to cancel tje reservation and re book and breeze would keep 50% of the already purchased price. I had to contact breeze, which has no live people to talk to, via text message.
I booked a flight with Breeze with Insurance and they won't refund my money. Rediculos
I hate the high pressure sales to get you to apply for the credit card. Stop it already!
Only after downloading the Breeze app and accepting their horrific cooky policy, was I able to book a flight.

easy to page thru, times out too quickly. if you go back in and have reserved seats, the seats are not released.

This app worked perfectly, until at some point between baggage check and security, my boarding passes disappeared from my account. I wasn't logged off, they were just gone. When I tried searching via confirmation number I got a notification that the flight was already loaded but it wasn't there. I had to run all the way from the front of the security line downstairs back to bag check to get paper passes which they printed immediately. If I wasn't early for the flight, I'd have missed it.
The prices kept changing (going up significantly) while I was in the process of booking. It was frustrating and stressful.
used the chat feature and was not happy with AI generated answers. No one to answer specific questions.
