Ask yourself, do you want to use an airlines that does not offer phone support? Never again.
It is the most difficult app they tell you to log in but there's no login place. you search and search and you still can get nowhere. I need to link two accounts. there's no place to do that. I contacted. they sent me an email that doesn't work either. so frustrated

I was going to book a flight for 4 people. Taxes and fees were more than the flight. Is this a Vegas hotel?
I'm rating the airline, not the app. I've been at the airport for 9 hours now. 1 hour sitting in this sardine can. first and last time booking with breeze. I know things happen but 6 delays...7 hours...and why now have we been sitting on the plane for an hour. just leave us in the airport. I've flown all my life and never done this. Having horrible hip arthritis I will be needing assistance to get off this plane. never again. spend the extra hundred or 2. wouls leave negative stars if i could.
have installed and reinstalled but I'm unable to get the app working. it looks to me like the account information is scrambled
problems with online ticket sale
I fly Breeze every year, but they have one of the most frustrating websites of any airline that I use! Sometimes buying tickets is easy and many other times I have to start over several times.
used the chat feature and was not happy with AI generated answers. No one to answer specific questions.
App not giving me an option to book.
Setting up a new account and booking a flight was a horrible experience. I kept getting error messages, not saying what the error was. finally got my trip booked going back and forth between my laptop and cell phone app. I'll see how the flights work out.
