I was charged in April and May even though I cancelled this subscription in March before the "trial" that you have to pay for, was even done. they have hidden fees and refuse to refund. this app is a scam.

there are apps that do the same thing for free. questionable practices honestly. got scammed into paying for premium right after being asked to donate.
There were multiple charges for services in a two week period, even after cancelling my "subscription". The two charges were 7 days apart. Customer service was not helpful. It took them over a week to respond to my questioning of the charges after my cancellation. Customer service tried to justify the charge after cancelling as the time it took my bank to clear the charge. Not worth the frustration.
Very sneaky tactics to get you to pay $14.99 after the pay what you want option. I don't ever make reviews but this is just shady business. They get you when in the check out flow and give you this big continue button while everything else is in small letters. So you push it thinking you're going to your results. When in fact they're charging you again for some guide. Then when requesting a refund as I clearly didn't want that charge, it's "non-refundable" due to terms of use.

scammers!!! do not try this app! once you download the app if you have a payment system connected to your Google they will automatically charge you $29.99 to whichever car they can get access. I am fighting to get a refund and the only way to get a refund is by sending them an email the company is an LLC actually two LLCs the main one is based in Cyprus. I will be contacting the US attorney general over this company as soon as I can get the contact info.

I installed it, found it useless and then cancelled and uninstalled the app the same day. Got an email confirming the canellation. 3 days later they charged me. Thieving scammers
This is yet another stealth subscription service that is underhand in its methods. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I disagree with their response of 6th May and strongly recommend you avoid.

I donated £10 at the time & under 7 days later went to cancel the subscription as they wanted £27.99 per month. but after came back with 99p for a month so I agreed 99p after requesting to cancel. & charged me £29.99!!! Rip off! I have emailed there customer service with screenshot of the £29.99 was taken & had no response! Update had a response to my request & refund been issued.

dont waste your time with this app. really doesnt help at all, it's just a money making scheme. Its schemed to get your attention and put you on a subscription, the test are really a time waste, you can rather spent your money on something better. spent $50 USD on it and didn't help a bit. Even customer service is really brutal and annoying to deal with.

EDIT: They charged me the subscription fee the second day of my trial, the day after I cancelled (I have the cancellation email) when the payment screen said it would be done at the end. They sent me zero receipts or notifications for any charges (yes I checked spam). Support asked me to resend info already provided (Account, transaction from bank, cancellation email). No response since. They did NOT even give me the month of premium access they charged me for. I'll be calling my bank to dispute
My child decided to try this out without my knowledge and of course my account was charged 29.99. I have sent emails in regards to this and have not received any communication what's so ever. Scam. they tell you its going to be set price at a trial period, then add on one charge after another and then bill you for the next month without any option to cancel.
This is useless. Be careful they will charge you exactly on the seventh day and deny any refunds. Also, it's not cheap 30 dollars a month. I do not recommend it.
What others have said. Be careful. you get a couple 1 tap payment buttons that are deceptively placed to charge you atleast $15 instantly. I dont care to know what's in the app, these deceptive tactics means I have no respect for whatever the app is trying to peddle.
This is a scam app that will access your account via a backdoor. After you give them $1 via the app to 'support their team" they use that as a subscription to keep draining your account for $20 a week. They do this as part of their onboarding before they less you access the app. Canceling via Google play does nothing. You have to contact your bank to stop it. This is probably a known scam as every time they try to take a payment my bank blocks my card for suspicious activity.
Just like all the other 1 star reviews I fell victim to this scammy app. I "donated" $1 to do the 7-day free trial. Woke up to a charge of $1, $14.99, and $4.99 ALL from this app. All I did was look at the results and delete the app. They make you jump through hoops to unsubscribe as well. Calling my bank right away for a charge back and reported this app.
Aggre with the rest comments about being a scam charging you withot warning offers pretty much 0 for this money. 0% honesty in this type buisness type. And this is my first review ever on an app, there are some shity scam apps out there but at lest most of the warn you when they about to charge you not hide behind small letter. there might have been a warning of extra charge but at this point i did not even see if it will be monthly or just one time. i bet its imposible to find unsubscribe.
Scammy as hell. It subscribed me to a $30 monthly subscription without my knowledge nor consent, had to go to the bank today to block my card. It tricks you into thinking that you're "donating" $1 when in reality you're actually paying for the trial version, and the process to unsubscribe is so unnecessarily complicated, you had to open the browser to actually even have a chance of finding out how to. Absolute dogshit tactics to take advantage of the mentally vulnerable.

agreed to pay for 7 day trial 2 seconds later I'm charged $14.99 I did not agree to. now fighting to get my money back. such a scam in response to the app developer response. no there is no opportunity to review it just goes right to the next screen then you're notified of the charge. there are too many people complaining about this maybe you need to fix the issue instead of trying to blame the consumer
