Awful experience. After clicking a sponsored post on Instagram I found myself subscribed & charged $34 for a service I didn't want or know I had. If you end up being redirected to their website to take a 'free' test, it doesn't show as a subscription on Play store so you don't know it exists until your bank charge shows up. The app has no settings for cancellation, nor does the website. Customer service claims they 'cannot' issue a refund as it's against their terms! Steer clear, it's a CON!
It's a scam! I subscribed for the $1 trial but it charged me an additional $14.99. I want my money back.
Developer is a scammer I bit and paid for a 2.00$ test just to have unauthorized charges on my card even after cancelling and notifying the app all I got back was you bought such and such after that I threatened a back charge and then was granted a courtesy 50% refund this is a scammer you have been warned read the reviews not a single positive one that I have found.

Scam! Do not sign up. Breeze offered a 7 day trial for $1. I was charged $29.99 on DAY 4! I canceled the trial and emailed customer support for a refund. They claim you will not be charged until the trial is over but they lied and I will escalate this if they don't respond promptly. Breeze doesn't care about your mental health, they just want your money.

I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to. They will add in additional charges secretly so be careful. After taking the test, you click "get my results" and then it'll go to another page with what looks like the same button, but it says "get now" and because most people will believe it's just an ad you're skipping over to get to the results, it's not. It's a button to purchase additional packages and I ended up getting charges $25 more than what I had agreed to during my trial period. 😠
Scam - Fraud, When it came to the fees, they asked me how much I want to pay, and I picked one USD option, however, they deducted 16 USD after I approved the 1 dollar payment. and the report and analysis r valueless and unprofessional.
If you forget to cancel the subscription before the trial ends they will not refund you your money even if you canceled the subscription on the day you have been charge. They will just say that you still have a month access. What will I do with that if I am no longer using your app? Canceling the subscription is hard to find! Refund is even harder. Do not subscribe to this app!
Absolute scam. They advertise a one-off payment of $1 on Facebook with a page that explicitly says "no hidden fees." As soon as you pay, they force you to download the app to see your results. Then, exactly 7 days later, they hit your card with an unauthorized $29.99 subscription renewal that was hidden in tiny grey text under the payment button. Do not trust this developer! They refuse refunds and run a calculated trap.
started immediately charging me without me authorizing anything other than the first $1.00 charge!! Now im trying to get a refund for the other charge that I did not approve of!! and yes while it apparently was stated, it was in such small fine print, nobody would be able to find it. this app needs to have a class action lawsuit against it!!!

I have never used this app, nor will I use this app. I do not have an account nor do I have a subscription for this app on any of my other email accounts including this one. So tell me why my bank gets a fraud alert that your app is trying to charge me 29.99 June 25th, and 23.99 June 23rd. I never did any of your quizzes or tests. I didn't touch the app with a twelve foot pole. So please elaborate the details and tell me why SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT IS GETTING CHARGE ATTEMPTS.
I paid £1, then they took out 14.99 a few days later, and now another £24.99. absolute scan, avoid. I am awaiting my refund.
Signs you up for a subscription without your knowledge or consent once you spend a single dollar on their tests for results. You won't notice until your account is suddenly charged $29.99 or similar amounts equating to your national currency.
This app is a SCAM!!! I was prompted to pay $1 and was charged $1 and $14.99 under 2 separate transactions and I only approved the $1 one. If I knew it would cost $16 for a "free" app I never would have installed it. What a joke.

Cancel subscription been trying to cancel but it keep taking my money HELP
Yesterday I signed up for a 7-day trial for $1. I read all of the fine print. It said that if I did not cancel within 7 days that I would be charged $29.99 for an entire month of this app. Today is day 2 and my bank account shows a charge of $14.99 that I absolutely did not authorize. There was never even any mention of $14.99 anywhere, so I do not even know what this is for. DO NOT sign up for the free or $1 trial because they will charge you anyway!!
so many red flags.......many, many people have left one star reviews, ALL FOR THE SAME REASON, and ive noticed each review gets the same response from the app creator- just worded differently than the previous one, without any offer to refund all of the $ the app secretly took from those people. It's extremely disturbing that whoever created the app, created it to manipulate the most vulnerable people of the community, who are desperately seeking to heal traumatic things that were done to them.
