why can't I select language? there are foreigners living in countries. At least English should be default alternative! If I can understand what is written I can't use the app.
app's menu isn't working properly
Link to change the password did not arrive even after numerous attempts.
1.Uploading images when sending a question to Customer Service does not work via the app. 2.What is even the point of having the option to contact Customer Service, if they wouldn't answer?
Impossible to get out of again without switching the entire phone off. Uninstalled now, and never again.

Not a single payment method was pulled from the phone credential storage. Paypal not pulling and credit card also not able to pull. Awful!
Impossible add product to the bag
Not easy for expats... Return policy is stupid. It's not easy to return. Also you can't know the return status. If you try reach their customer care, it takes forever to reach a person who speaks in english. Also they can only provide you information but they do not have any access to update the ticker or escalate the issue to the respective team... Being an Online shop with stupid return policies and process this is business is in decline.
das einizge, was die app gut kann, ist jeden tag mit random notifications zu nerven. ansonsten hängt sie hier und da, haptik nicht super, und der warenkorb wird nicht gespeichert. wobei, besser so, jetzt kaufe ich die artikel halt einfach anderswo. hoffentlich mit besserer qualität, der teure mantel hier hatte bereits nach ein paar tagen zwei eingerissene nähte. deinstalliert 👍
Die App startet nicht richtig, es kommt nur ein weißer Bildschirm. Keine Fehlermeldung, keine Anfrage von Permissions.
Mehr mals abgestürtzt, Warenkorb 2 mal leer geworden. Immer wenn ich was anscheue, muss ich die Suche neu starten. FRUCHTBAR!!!
