I have searched my inbox, my trash, my archive, my spam, and ive never been able to find anything other than their auto promos. I still hold out some hope ill get my now $12 credits. but I doubt it. hopeless atm :(

March '25: I used to love this app but now it's so slow I can hardly do anything, just freezes as soon as I click on it. -edit Dec '25: I increased from 2 to 3 stars. The app in general isn't as slow, except for the spin section. It takes forever to claim my usual 1 coin, which in hindsight isn't worth the time it takes. But the app is almost worth opening again. edit March '26 1 star bc they stopped paying when you fulfill any of the offers. SCAM!
right now I'm having an issue opening the app. my phone is telling me that there's a bug and the developer needs to fix it then I need to update it before it can work again. is anyone else having this issue? this isn't the 1st time it's happened either...I have emailed and I don't think I have yet to get a reply. I will check again. but either way I still cannot open the app.

I’ve been trying to cash out for two months with no success, and customer support has been completely unhelpful.
when I open the app I get a black screen only
good luck even signing up, not sure they even want new accounts, got rejection email when enabling notifications and it won't let me finish signing up
I changed my review because the customer service is no longer helpful. You download a game and you don't get paid for how far along you get in it and they don't care.

this is the slowest way to make money. they give 2 cents cash back for purchase and 1 cent a day with that rigged wheel. The games and offers suck and are impossible to reach in the time limit. uninstalled!!
Used to be one of the best earning apps. With the $2 earn+ subscription you can basically make your earnings unlimited. It pays for itself with just video ads. There are always surveys available and you can cash out directly to a connected debit card. but now waiting on game verification for coins to be available then waiting just be able to cash out. this app has fallen way down the good eating list.

This app worked great until the last update, now it wont open. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23.
got to level 71 updated the app now I can't claim my spins without it closing completely. Update to today 2/2/26 got to 167 and it's back to force closing and won't allow me access at all even after this new update.

I try to do the offers to get rent rewards mthly, the app doesn't track them all the time, esp if they're big offers. You will get your 20 coins offers credit given & that's a whole 20 cents. I email letting know my rent went up, took 3 mths to get my extra $1. I email saying I'm discouraged, told "Sorry, can't help", when I provide proof of offers done. Just wanted help with it.
