Love it .it really works this is the only one that i have found that really pays you 😊 well it was good till now you cant cash out on it now we dont wont gift cards we want to be able to cashout for cash not giftcards you need to fix it back where we can cashout for money this is not goodso now im giving it a 3 stars until you fix it back to the way it was for money not giftcards where we can cashout like before. now it doesn't want to work like it did before it doesn't load like it should

UPDATE: In a 535 day streak, earned and cashed out $13 no problems and now "cash outs will return soon" message is back. When? Why? No time frame, no reason. Get it together Bridge!
this app has gone down hill since I came out. it hit a new low today when I went to do surveys and every survey was broken , I'm about to delete this joke of an app and no I don't want to email you, I don't want to talk to your garbage team.
update: need something from Amazon and had enough points for it so I figured I would get a gift card. used the gift card now the days the product was going to be delivered I need another form of payment because the code this app gave me didn't work. can you all go back to just paying us out regularly because this is ridiculous. Was able to cash out when you got enough money to do so now there is such a small window to do it and it makes it impossible
earn+ member hear. info. rarely ever can cash out. they are always payed even during their window they tell you. app going down hill fast. idk if I'd waste your data and time on this unless you just want gift cards. and those are few to choose from

Finally they broke/removed the survey features that actually paid out so you would have to use their specific survey section controlled by them. I wasnt making anything. From 1100 in a year to losing cash every week. App is worthless.
app isn't working
This app is very disappointing in the last few weeks. I regularly have update app on and I update the phone too. also they took away rent rewards tap research and theroem research surveys too. also they put gold surveys which never loads for me. Also when I tried cashing out today for the first time it says that cash outs are disabled. I keep trying to cash out kept saying it like four times and then I was finally to cash out. thanks God. I decided to cancel my membership and unstall the app.
Unable to offer an account because they can't verify my identity. No one has been unable to verify my identity ever in my life this app is deleted and blacklisted for wasting my time.
can't watch ads to earn points. i was able to a week ago but now it's not working

so its been almost 2 years since i was able to withdraw anything from Bridge. every time I have contacted support I am told to reply to someemail. every time update this review, they say they have emailed me. yet I have no emails from them at all. I have searched my inbox, my trash, my archive, my spam, and ive never been able to find anything other than their auto promos. I still hold out some hope ill get my now $12 credits. but I doubt it. hopeless atm :(
completely broken. I guess the google play store lets any junior high level garbage on their platform...
March '25: I used to love this app but now it's so slow I can hardly do anything, just freezes as soon as I click on it. -edit Dec '25: I increased from 2 to 3 stars. The app in general isn't as slow, except for the spin section. It takes forever to claim my usual 1 coin, which in hindsight isn't worth the time it takes. But the app is almost worth opening again. edit March '26 1 star bc they stopped paying when you fulfill any of the offers. SCAM!
right now I'm having an issue opening the app. my phone is telling me that there's a bug and the developer needs to fix it then I need to update it before it can work again. is anyone else having this issue? this isn't the 1st time it's happened either...I have emailed and I don't think I have yet to get a reply. I will check again. but either way I still cannot open the app.
This app is really disappointing. It barely gives any rewards-you're lucky to get a couple of cents a day from the rigged daily spin. The games don’t allow enough time to complete levels, and most offers aren’t worth the effort. I’ve been trying to cash out for two months with no success, and customer support has been completely unhelpful.

good luck even signing up, not sure they even want new accounts, got rejection email when enabling notifications and it won't let me finish signing up

Why does your paid service instant withdrawl Any time but app declined to do so almost always. update. several years later issues still not resolved and also I never get credit for the offers I complete either anymore
EDIT 5/25/25 5 STARS now, 2. I'm still giving stars because in almost 1 yr I have made money. Never cashed out tho. I try to do the offers to get rent rewards mthly, the app doesn't track them all the time, esp if they're big offers. You will get your 20 coins offers credit given & that's a whole 20 cents. I email letting know my rent went up, took 3 mths to get my extra $1. I email saying I'm discouraged, told "Sorry, can't help", when I provide proof of offers done. Just wanted help with it.
not good anymore. when it first came out it was amazing.. now they made all these changes.👎🏼
on day 69 on the spins an never get anything out 7 coins though it would be more by now
