I went to this application because I seen an advertisement about it offers loans. When I get on the application, I did link my account via Plaid thinking it was regarding a loan but when the membership page came up to chose and option, I closed out the application. I closed out of the application and didn't think no more about it. All of a sudden, $39 hits my account when I didn't authorize. I chatted with rep and was told to cancel but there was no option to cancel on my end.

so I was looking for loan options yesterday and all of a sudden this ad popped up of bright it was loading and I didn't confirm anything. Today they charged me a $97 subscription fee for something I never signed up for. Now I'm overdraft on my account. I called closed the account and then they said I would be reimbursed in 4-5 business Days. I had to call my bank and hopefully I could get my money back when the pending transaction goes through or doesn't. It's a complete scam. Don't use this app

I do not have your app installed and have never used it. I was charged a $39 membership fee which was totally unauthorized! I will be contacting Fraud Prevention! Refund my money immediately!

Bright had a bright idea to decline me for services but still charge me $97.00 for a membership, what membership? SCAM don't use them. It won't post without a star but it doesn't deserve it.
I have never left a review for any of these apps but this one I would feel bad if I didn't warn others. They don't offer advanced and WILL run your card 100$. Support is a glitchy ai and it won't let you initiate it. It just goes in loops. Do not get this app.

this company is horrible, my check was a few days late to deposit , and they charge me fifteen dollars every day on a fifty dollar advance
no approval from any apps; im hungry and im going crazy
if u have fair or bad credit forget this app won't do anything for you also if you don't have direct deposit forget this....I closed all my private accounts last year when everything started getting sketchy with banks I only carry cash and I have a personal bank at my house! And I Trust Myself With My Money!! No one else!!!
