I've had so much money come out of my account from you people and I dont even have a account here and I can't make it stop ive talked to you so called customer service Ai robot and just says someone will contact me and yet no one ever does . I've talked to a attorney and fixing to have to cancel my bank account so you quit taking 14 dollars a month out of my account for no reason.. Doesn't seem like alot but you have been doing it for 2 years.. Anyone thinking about doing this DONT !!!!!!

I was charged $97 for something I didn't sign up for, after contacting them they never answered or contacted me back. I do not recommend this app at all, it's a scam and a fraud.
Deceptive description. They are solely a third party they do not provide any actual services. Once you download they just send you to other institutions that you have to apply directly for, so the "service" they provide is pointless. Since you still had to go though the actual lenders. Also the primumum service is a rip off and provides not actual services as well

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE POINTLESS APP THAT USES 3RD PARTY LOAN SERVICES, AND ILLEGALLY STEALS MEMBERSHIP FEES AND EVEN WITH A WHOLE REFUND SYSTEM SEY UP, YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE REFUND FROM FUNDS YOU NEVER AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE, I NEVER VERIFIED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL STOLE MONEY AND REFUSE TO RETURN, KEEP ADDING 3 DAYS EVERYTIME I.REQUEST A REFUND
there's no cash advance. this takes you to current but they want you to setup a direct deposit well 1 I can't transfer money to it for direct deposit because it's too late to switch from my bank to current and also why do I have to give up my bank just to get cash advance.

why do you keep trying to charge my account when Iv never borrowed money from Bright money? I'm Douglas mccormack and I have never opened an account with Bright loans&credit and this company keeps trying to charge my chime account please stop charging my account !
