this won't work on an iphone. had to borrow Samsung.
it's not allowing me to select my holidays at once. it requested for start and end date, since last month but one, therefore I'm allowed to press two days only. how can I request ten days holiday for five times??

I don't want to use my phone for this work. I want to do Bright HR on my laptop where I can see things more clearly. Everytime I try to sign in the invitation only takes me to a page saying "not found" and I can't do any work.

It never login. Just keep verifying the details but never worked on app. Though I always login perfectly fine on the web page. Its keep looping too verify on app
system isnt user friendly and certainly counter intuituve to most users
unfortunately this app is constantly inaccessible which is frustrating.
I literally only use you because my work makes me. Stop trying to sell me stuff and force my notifications to be turned on. 🙃 There's so many better apps than you lol

scam - false advertisement of services. entrapment, and harrassment heed all negative reviews they are true.
DO NOT USE!!!! We used this software for our business. Service was average. We went to cancel and were three days late cancelling, now we are the hook for a 3 year contract for a total value of $20,000. we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Extremely poor customer service. STEER CLEAR.

Avoid this and its Brite App. It is clunky and not user friendly. Many issues with the location and CloudFlare verification. Forces you to turn on your phone location and camera. You spend half your time having to enter a stupidly long password.

No dark mode! absolutely chaos in menu everything everywhere. dont know why my employer choose to use this. No modern standards in usability or ui.

New phone - now I can't even sign in to the app as the verification won't work. I sent feedback about this almost 3 weeks ago but nothing. No support available at all. This app is becoming increasingly useless and hopefully my employer will dump it sooner rather than later.

I can't see anything on the app apart from my name. No list of employees for the firm. No conflicts on booking time off is being shown. At the moment it's a pointless app. " update ' it was ok. Now back to the same.. Cant see any conflicts when trying to book time off.
was working fine on my old phone, now it refuses to let me sign in and the tech support is just AI that doesn't understand the problem

the apps running fine for me but it doesn't appear in my app drawer, I've checked my settings but it's not set to hidden and it doesn't show in my installed apps. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled but I have to go into the play store to open it.

I think it's poorly designed. I always end up clicking on many things to do what I actually want to do every single time I use it. For example, I shouldn't click on a "plus" sign when I request a day from my annual leave. It feels like the plus sign was placed in the wrong menu. The action is not "adding a day", it is "taking a day" away, so I end up spending unnecessary time on the app which should be as low as possible for a regular employee otherwise why the hell do we need an HR app?
Needs to have a dark mode option.
Unable to log in. Been trying to log in for over 3 weeks now and get no further than the log in page Absolutely useless if you can't log in
Since the latest update I can no longer edit document names or upload any photos via mobile device. Any uploads show as failed.
