Constantly logging out, nearly impossible to logging back in, crashing. Total junk

App constantly logging me out, having to login manually through samsung browser, sometimes missed overtime/open shifts because of this. Poor!

It never login. Just keep verifying the details but never worked on app. Though I always login perfectly fine on the web page. Its keep looping too verify on app

scam - false advertisement of services. entrapment, and harrassment heed all negative reviews they are true.
DO NOT USE!!!! We used this software for our business. Service was average. We went to cancel and were three days late cancelling, now we are the hook for a 3 year contract for a total value of $20,000. we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Extremely poor customer service. STEER CLEAR.

Avoid this and its Brite App. It is clunky and not user friendly. Many issues with the location and CloudFlare verification. Forces you to turn on your phone location and camera. You spend half your time having to enter a stupidly long password.

too many notifications asking me to get friends to join, as if 99% of people with this app haven't been forced to download this by their work and have no power over this stuff
No dark mode! absolutely chaos in menu everything everywhere. dont know why my employer choose to use this. No modern standards in usability or ui.
full signal but cant log in as verifying account bit just keeps spinning and this has happened a few times so now in not able to access my shifts

New phone - now I can't even sign in to the app as the verification won't work. I sent feedback about this almost 3 weeks ago but nothing. No support available at all. This app is becoming increasingly useless and hopefully my employer will dump it sooner rather than later.
cloudflare fails and diesnt verify so wont let me login on my S25 ultra
I can't see anything on the app apart from my name. No list of employees for the firm. No conflicts on booking time off is being shown. At the moment it's a pointless app. " update ' it was ok. Now back to the same.. Cant see any conflicts when trying to book time off.
was working fine on my old phone, now it refuses to let me sign in and the tech support is just AI that doesn't understand the problem

Stop with the unnecessary notifications. I kept notifications on so I could see important things like holiday approval etc but the app sends me junk about referring bright or winning something. I don't care. Either stop sending junk notifications or at least let me turn them off separately to important ones.
this app is no longer working update has total shut down the app so no longer can use app for my hoilday request after sort this through main website rubbish app
Blip works fine so can clock in for work but Bright HR never works. Can't get in to book holidays. Says doesn't recognise password yet its my thumb im using. Using Android. Terrible app.
Having the app is not an option, as its for work. App does not work all the time and not reliable for work. Others complain too. Also opted out of marketing, but due to wanting push notifications. I still get push ads for referring Bright. So here is my recommendation. I expect rewards from this referral.

Constant notifications to refer a business. like multiple a day. and no way to turn them off without muting the whole app

Absolute Garbage
not letting me on. cloudflare verification won't work.... again.
I think it's poorly designed. I always end up clicking on many things to do what I actually want to do every single time I use it. For example, I shouldn't click on a "plus" sign when I request a day from my annual leave. It feels like the plus sign was placed in the wrong menu. The action is not "adding a day", it is "taking a day" away, so I end up spending unnecessary time on the app which should be as low as possible for a regular employee otherwise why the hell do we need an HR app?
Needs to have a dark mode option.
Unable to log in. Been trying to log in for over 3 weeks now and get no further than the log in page Absolutely useless if you can't log in
Since the latest update I can no longer edit document names or upload any photos via mobile device. Any uploads show as failed.
cant see your rota in a month view, at times app doesn't work, sometimes cant book sundays off as doesn't have an option and typing it in didnt work.
