what is going on with this app can't sign in nothing and still waiting for my funds
nobody go with Brigit. My bank showed me that this was paid off. Brigit said that it didn't go through the payment. They said I still owed the $50. I even showed Bridget proof and they want to charge me another $50 lying saying that my payment never went through. My cousin is a cop he also went to the bank with me so he was witness to the bank telling me that the payment did go through my account and it has been paid by my bank. They are a fraudulent company and they are breaking the law!
you have to pay just to use the service but they don't tell you that until you've already given them all of your information. then when you do get an advance you pay AGAIN if you want it right away. they just want to nickel and dime you when you're already just trying to get by. don't use this app.
I cannot scroll to verify anything in the app I'm done dealing with something that doesn't work on my phone. And I'm tired of them taking money I haven't borrowed. Horrible!! I took out 50.00 advance and right away they charged me $8.99. ?! and all I can get out of them is our policy is to charge at end of month...ok so how come I have 8.99 taken out on may 4th for last month. and another 8.99 taken out for 50.00 that I requested. so I never got my full 50.00! no! I got around $40ish dollars!?! and noone can explain why!!! they won't even allow my screenshot to prove what they did!! I been waiting on email from real person for too long!!
Fraudulently signed me up for a monthly subscription I did not want, then told me I signed up for it when i contacted customer care. Avoid these people there are a million competitors go elsewhere.

The app doesn't explain exactly what you need. You have to have a checking account with direct deposit that you use regularly to pay for bills. I am paid with a check and my landlord only takes money orders. All my utilities are included. I don't have anything else to report. Trash garbage app

this app is bs like the rest. it says you can get an advance, but you need at least 81 points. I've had 81 points for over a year, it never moves, and I've never been approved for any advance. don't waste your time
Zero stars!! Worst mistake I've made in my entire life.
It started out great. until it wasn't! don't use this app unless you want to double pay and be told you have to wait days for it to process. It was taken out of my bank account Thursday, it's now Sunday and it says Im late on my payment. meanwhile yesterday it said I could take a advance out again, I log in today and it says I never paid it, pulled up my bank statement and it was definitely paid. customer service never replied back to me, just a automated message that repeats itself.

I have literally had this app for 2 months it charges me for membership I didn't sign up for there's no phone number to call to cancel it it set so the bank can't cancel it it's overdrafted my bank account twice 35 the first time and 70 this time on top of their 1499 membership fees and the money you've already and the interest charges I don't recommend this app is the worst ever
My bank account met ALL the qualifications for a cash advance and I was STILL DENIED. This app wanted info on my employer, falsely assumed my debit card was invalid, and wanted deposit info. Sounds like data mining and identity fraud to me. Uninstalling and reporting to Google for fraud NOW.

I've always had a good experience with Brigit but just in the last week it seems to have gotten stuck. Its been saying 'payment processing' for almost a week now even though it already came out of my bank account. I am very disappointed because I really liked Brigit and they have always been there for me. I need help getting my app unstuck.

I downloaded the app setup my bank information through their plaid system I had to try multiple times I finally received an email that they connected my bank account but the web page it directed me to just kept loading for a good 20 minutes so I cannot wait any longer. I closed the web page and I tried to reopen the app but its just stuck on the page where it wants me to connect my bank account even though it's already connected. it is more difficult to setup this app is not worth the trouble

Free subscription? Nope. They'll still charge you 8.99 for the Premium package with no explanation. Oh, and good luck getting any actual help, since they use an AI chat bot that can't provide a viable phone number to speak to an actual customer service representative.

When I look up the info in Brigit app settings it says FREE, but Brigit keeps charging my card $14.99, every month. There is no phone number, or a live agent available,so I submited a ticket through their bot again today, around 3PM, no answer as of yet(11:25PM) Brigit has been billing me for 3 months after I canceled their membership without my authorization,violating consumer protection laws and billing regulations. Please be extremely cautious trusting this platform with your money.

Had to drop it another star. Not sure what the criteria is but I'd say if you meet whatever it is to get more then $50 then you wouldn't need it anyway. I get an average of over $700 a week direct deposited into my account every week with very few exceptions. My bills are paid on time. I literally just paid off a $1000 loan early a month ago. The expectations for the person that needs over $50 isn't realistic. I've used it and paid back on time, if you need more then $50 look elsewhere.
one of the easiest and comfortable apps for cash advances, not important for the amount just in and out, done! I really like and appreciate the whole month instead of 4 week schedule for most of the other cash advances. The credit builder is great for getting an increase in my score.
