I paid back my loan and deleted my account. they're still trying to take out money for a subscription out of my account. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN!!!!
Can't get through to customer service or an actual human, and giving their stupid AI my email address got no response either. No available human to talk to, so I guess they don't care if they get their money back. I just wanted to pay them from my new acct, since the registered one is closed, but I guess if I can't get any human to help me with this and "Sonny" is a moron, they don't care too badly. Feel free to email me. You have my information already.
horrible app puts you thur a whole list of things and if your poor and need a small amount of cash to maybe get some food but don't have a direct deposit they won't give you anything but waist your time and personal information very disappointed
Approved for a cash advance, but they jerked me around for over a week with no communication or updates pertaining to my advance. Therefore, I went to Tilt for just a small fee, and they gave me an advance within seconds. You don't deserve to be haggle. Shut go to where your appreciated.
after u use the app one and switch it to the free plan they won't remove your bank info they charge u $30 a week for nothing and i tryed to gmail and customer support is doing nothing about it DO NOT RECOMMEND!! and i have proof also

I've been trying to get someone to help me for the last 3 weeks now I have been playing the games and earning money but it's not showing any advanced levels that I've completed or any money that I have earned I'm getting very upset with this app

I really liked the app at first since I got approved for a cash advance and figured id use it monthly. when I went to use it the 2nd month suddenly I wasn't approved for an advance anymore despite no changes. cancelled my subscription and they are still insisting on charging me in July for the past month despite denying me their services. only can get in contact with an AI chat bot which is no help. they really want my 8.99 I guess. luckily there are WAY better cash advance apps out there!!

Their fee is higher and the "instant cash" amount available is a lot less than the service I am using now. It was impossible to resolve the issue of yhem charging me a month's fee when i accidentally subscribed and refused to remove the $8.99 fee even though i did not use their service. The app also doesn't categorize correctly, even putting their own membership fee in the food and drink category and utilities (both water) went into 2 different categories.

because plaid wants me to send a code to an old phone number I cannot connect to my bank.Even when I choose for them to email me it still tries to send code to a year old phone number .I place my current number at the beginning of the bright app. You successfully check it and then the plaid app uses an old number I don't understand.

DO NOT borrow any money from this company you have to subscribe to them first for $8.99 in order to get any kind of payment from them in which it doesn't matter if you borrow $25 all the way up then they tell you to add your bank card information to get it faster 24 hours and by the next day you're taking out that $8.99 out of your account even if you did not receive the money and then have the audacity to tell you if you cancel the subscription you lose the money don't do it
