Gone through the process of the preview, with a credit card backup, and all we can get is the screen “select the plan that’s right for you.” Unable to watch anything!

I subscribed to a yearly subscription. not only did they remove most of their good content from my region (now only available in the US), now I can't watch anything because of some loading error. scam

The app is constantly not working properly. saying it has no internet connection but all other streaming services are working properly. try contacting britbox but all you get is a bot saying that there is no problem and no one else is experiencing issues absolutely frustrating
I am hard of hearing and require subtitles to watch a show, but the Britbox app on my Sony Bravia doesn't display either subtitles or closed captioning. I'll be cancelling my subscription due to this ridiculous lack of accessibility.

Abysmal support. Paid for subscription via Google Play which stopped working. Have raised 3 support requests and had no response. Google won’t refund the prorated cost so I’m at a loss of what to do. Looking at other reviews it looks like there are months between the review being raised and a response coming in. Sort it out Britbox! My wife needs to know what’s happening in Albert Square
Sony Bravia won't load Brit Box. Also, this is our second subscription (our error) with the first coming from Am Prime. We won't get any money back for this duplicate "paid in full for the year" subscription. That seems wrong, doesn't it?

Although my annual subscription is good until 1/12/2024, on my Toshiba TV when I try to watch a show, it shows me a screen "Subscribe to BritBox." On my iPhone I can watch shows just fine, but I want to watch them on my TV. I submitted a Technical request for help from my iPhone. This issue has happened multiple times. No instructions are provided on the screen on the TV as to how to sign in if already a member. The only options are to sign up for $8.99/month or $89.99/year.

Terrible app. Have subscribed over and over. Receive confirmation of payment. App then tells me to subscribe again. Try again, phone tells me TV already subscribed. Have been going around in circles for months without accessing a single show. Complete rort as far as I can tell. Feels like a scam
The charge for BritBox went through my account May 10. Now when I try to sign in it tells me I am not a subscriber and I need to pay another $6.99 in order to view anything. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
omg, this app badly needs regular updates. I have to re login 2 or 3 times a week! some menus have no content (panel shows) others have clearly not been fully coded correctly (classic doctor who). It's a messy app currently and beta at best.
Great content. I got logged out. I can't log back in. I try to reset my password and it doesn't accept my email address as valid so I can't. Contacted BritBox and they say my email address is also not valid. I showed them receipts. So, will have to deactivate the account and resign up a million times like I did with Showtime to use it. Don't sign up for Google apps for the tv is my lesson.
No option to upgrade to Premier through Google Play.
I have had this app since Britbox first started and it was great, however I changed to a Hisense TV and since then the audio keeps on cutting out. I have done all the restart and reinstall routines with no improvement. I am beyond frustrated. The audio is only faulty on this app.
On my IPad I can see tge new season of Father Brown, yet on my television, I cannot.

Not enough new content. I’ve watched the good shows but unless there is a new Blue Lights and maybe a few others, can’t justify paying for it. And it buffers a lot at night. Britbox could do a lot better.

Most of the good stuff is already on MHz
Love the content of britbox, hate the TV app! It regularly forgets login details. Code entry does not work so I laboriously have to enter email and password each time. It has been unable to connect due to error saying content was not available in this country!? Solution was to restart my Sony TV and re-enter login I have now reverted to casting/streaming via the phone app as there are less problems and video resolution is definitely higher
Love the shows available but the app freezes momentarily all the time. It is really, really irritating.
