Installed the game, played it for a half hour, then it suddenly froze with a long error message citing "...missing assets...".
Glitch Glitch!! From my Samsung Fold 4, no possibilities to move letter E to form ALADDIN.... refund my money!!!!

don't buy, as with first broken sword they'll just pull out of the store leaving you with an empty wallet and no game
Love episode 1, but the link to episode 2 is broken, so managed to get halfway through a story, to find I can no longer continue, very frustrating
I really love this game series, but unfortunately it has been long time since last update... On bigger screen it doesn't work properly in fact the bottom of the screen is cut out, making the game unplayable. Is it that difficult for a developer to adapt for newer phone displays? Last update was in 2014... I'm a big fan, I've the Broken Sword collectors edition for PC. I would like to play it, when I don't have my PC, on my phone. Please Revolution Software don't abandon us 🙏🏻

Screen doesn't fit my phone and from wat I read it's not going to be fixed anytime soon so avoid if u have a more recent phone
Isn't optimised for new phones with larger screens, just like the rest of their buggy Broken Sword games that are on the mobile. You will struggle being able to click on any items that are presented at the bottom of the screen therefor the game is unplayable
DON'T BUY this game if you have modern phone, it won't fit your screen ratio and become unplayable. Unfortunately i understood this too late and can't refund it.
The game does not fit my OnePlus phone screen. There is no setting on my phone or within the game that will resolve this. I have emailed support@revolution with no reply. Will the programmers upgrade the game to fit different screen sizes. Is there a saved file you can send me, from where there are three wires that need to be cut and I can only cut 2 of them. Or will I be refunded as the game is unplayable? Thanks, Kim
The game does not want to install pass 50 %
Doesn't work on tall screens. I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and like another reviewer I can't see the dead body in the first Art Gallery scene. I am assuming this is because my screen is 19.5:9 and the game has been written for 16:9 and so it crops off the bottom off the inage. I therefore can't actually go beyond the first scene and essentially makes the game unplayable. I have emailed the developers and will update review score depending on their feedback.
I would like my money back, I can't snip bottom wire with nail clippers trying to open shutters I'm only 15% in game, it's down to a screen collaboration,
Stuck due to having a large screen. The screen isn't calibrated proper and is cropping the bottom part of the image off so I can't see the lower row of numbers on the CCTV screen in Henri's office and therefore can't progress. I also struggled to interact with Henri's body in the gallery as I could see was his foot! Any way of forcing the game to 16:9 rather than fullscreen?
Very frustrating that I can't get the cotton bud close enough to the oil spill which basically means I can't progress in the game. Wasting £5! Such a shame as I love these games.
The game graphics have not been calibrated properly and I am stuck in the insurance office. I can't get the cotton bud close enough to the oil for it to interact. I'm not happy as I had so far enjoyed this series up until now. Wasted $5 😭😭

I didn't enjoy this game the same as i did other's from the series. Found the direction of clues to be silly and constantly using the hint button, far too random for my liking.
