both the profile scan and id was properly done yet they claim can't verify! nonsense is this a scam app? steal ones ID? worthless!

age discrimination
I deposited money. I try to log in and always asks to verify phone number and email address every time I logged in. I have to do stupid swipes of a puzzle piece on a picture before getting a code sent to phone number. codes not getting sent. not working. i want my deposit back. but I cannot log in because of thr stupid security verification that is NOT working!

I'm very confused by this app and I thought I set a decent copy strategy and lost all my money in 2 days. This might be a great app if you understand everything but for most it's high stakes gambling with a low chance of winning. stay away.
