I wish we could type more words this limit is ridiculous
This is absolutely a useless application! First, you should pay for each member to send messages, second, you have limitation in the number of messages you can send and third, you have limitation in the number of characters in each message! They just want to get money from fans. I never recommend it.

You raised your prices another 50¢ since last month? You're not even putting out a product that's good enough to warrant the $1 price hike you already added this year! It's so glitchy and restricted I have to seriously wonder if you even have a dev team or if it's just three toads in a trench coat!

I don't think it works for African people .After installing the app, it doesn’t launch. It crashes immediately when I try to open it. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue continues. Please fix this issue.
Please please please fix the bugs. I write messages back to the idol, and then come back the next day to find my messages in red and the app reporting they were never sent.

JYP is a multi-million dollar company. why are they making us pay for chatting with idols? plus, I can't even meet other fans on here. If anything changes or I'm able to see streams, I will change my review. otherwise, it's absurd.
I can't really use the app because I don't have the money for the tickets but it's quite expensive just to chat with my biased group well is not my app so no judging but wat I know is that I tried to at least install the app and try when ever I have the money I will be coming for u hyunjin and Felix
