New update multitasking suck. It keep reload everytime i click on another notification.
Limits characters to send msg. Only can send 3 msgs at a time. Idols can't view your actual chat pic or username, your messages dont send half the time some error occurs. They idols are chatting with you blind so it feels unpersonable bc its an open chat room & they are randomly answering people's questions, commenting back, etc. Unsubscribing and deleting. I'd rather use Weverse or Insta.

can't log in . when I try its says its not registered. (i already have an account) when i try to register it says i can't its already registered.
cant screenshot or record. whats the use of this... Newjeans Phoning was superior because they let screenshot and record lives..

The messages I send never get sent immediately. I have to try at least 3 times before it gets sent. This is terrible because my replies never get to the artists on time. My internet connection is always good when this happens.
This app is a fraud, I cost me every months and I can't even find the subsription via the google play. I contacted them directly and it's helpless!!
sick and tired of this app,notifications aren't coming up for each message,lives aren't coming up when I click it,my messages aren't sending to artists yall gotta fix this.
The idol is not responding 😭 not even once
Impossible to buy the subscription tickets. They kept asking me to check the country of my play account even though the country for my payment profile is one of those that is available for the app. I requested help and support but they sent some translated general nonsense that is no help whatsoever. I don't think they even understand the question.
1 stars because we can't take screenshots or screen record the bubble live but on ios version can do that. We paid with the same price you know, the bubble live gone after 24 hours what's the point if we can't archive it for ourselves? (Update still can't record the bubble live or screenshot
there's so many bugs in this app. the most annoying one is that my messages never finish sending, and i can't even cancel them. so i lost the 3 chances to text the artist. idk. i'm seriously considering asking for a refund, cuz this is a rob.

New 'reply from artist' update in bubble very bad. They only picking people for reply, who's they know personally. It's feel us so bad . Please remove that update. And please fix stucking msges on chat also, We couldn't send more msg to artist they chatting but I can't because msges is stucking in the middle we can't delete they them nor that masges sending to artist. Please fix it soon bubble othervise I will cancel my all supscription.

The sweeping device access rights this app requires for any access is a major concern. There should be access levels that don't require users to give access to various device functions.

this app won't let me pay by smart communications, i bought 200+ worth of load just to buy matthew's bubble(a bd gift for myself) and i tried it more than 5 times.

This service is the worst. They constantly rip you off for money, make it impossible to add new artists without double or tripling your payments and then you lose all accumulated texts additions when you're forced to cancel and re-add the same members to get a more expensive ticket. There's zero customer service or assistance. Frankly if the idols didn't post pics and then talk about them in other platforms I would think the whole app is a scam. Is it possible to give a -100 rating?

What's the point of getting bubble if they don't post once a day atleast? Make it mandatory to post once a day, it's not hard.
A consistent problem lately, has been being unable to send messages. I will hit send, and they will sit there with the little paper airplane next to the message, like it's trying to send, and no matter how long I wait, it won't send, so I close the app, and it will show the message as having failed to send.

first, i haven't been receiving notifications from this app, atp i had to be chronically online to know that my idol sent a message and such. second, i hope they remove the character limit for messages. i don't think it's worth the subscription with all these limitations. i'd like to send a message to my idol of how my day went, what i did, and such or write a long letter but i can't do it with just a couple of words.
제발 메세지 전송 안되는 오류 좀 고쳐주세요 한 두번이면 넘어가겠는데 하루에 한번 이상은 꼭 이러네요. 전송 안된걸 바로 확인할 수 있는 것도 아니고 버블와서 신나서 갔더니 내가 한참 전에 보낸 메세지가 미발송 처리되어서 밀려있는 거 보면 진짜 기분 안 좋습니다. 제 네트워크 연결상태 문제도 아니에요.
Would love it if my messages actually went through.....
All pay the same subscription price for an artist, but only made the download and screenshot available to iOS users. In the next update, make that feature available for everyone. We are not able to maximize the experience of using this app because of that, and also the replay that's only available for 24 hours. The notification isn't working well too. I missed Bubble lives because it doesn't notify me. sad. :(
다 괜찮은데, 요즘 내 메시지들이 전송이 안 돼요. 이모지 때문일 수도 있다고 생각해서 안 쓰기 시작했는데, 그래도 똑같아요. 음.. 이 정도면 이걸 사용하는 의미가 없는 것 같아요 Everything is fine, but recently, my messages aren't being sent. I figured it might be because of the emoji, so i stopped using it, too.. but still the same. Hmmm.. at this point, I don't see the point of using this.
