I had to return an H&M parcel through Budbee. Even though the order was made on the French version of the site for Belgium and sends to Wallonia, I got the email with the instructions in Dutch only (not even in English). Their website does not have a French version for Belgium.
They did not delivery to my address, they left the package a few doors down, when the door numbers are very visible, and on top you can not leave them a feedback unless you rate their service a 4 or 5 out of 5 stars in their app :) . It is beyound ridiculous, one of the worst delivery service I have ever used.
Budbee does not allow me to track my package unless I download its app and track it through the app. This is manipulative when a transport company is conditioning an order track with personal data disclosure,
Delivery times totally random. Deliveries get rescheduled all the time. Not good.
I cannot open the Order details page. I push order, opens Order Details and in 1 second opens another page asking How do you live?

Literally CAN'T ENTER PHONE NUMBER to login since the country selector menu is BROKEN. (Android 15/OneUI 7)
Worst UX I have ever seen. Minimal does not mean you hide a lot of important options to make it simple. Absolutely rubbish!!
They call and hang up, even if you answer immediately. The next minute they pretend that they couldn't reach me, and delay the package for extra days
Great customer service. Absolutely unacceptable that I have to install an app to get accurate information on my delivery. I waited a day to pick it up just in case it would be delayed. Turns out it was delivered to an entirely different location. And I simply wasn't informed until I asked.
When I try to acquire a locker it keeps asking me if I'm really me, after filling in my email it keeps refreshing the page and ask again. it doesnt send me a mail, it doesnt work. Defect!!!
Never order home delivery with Budbee! I got no messages or notifications about the delivery time, neither did I choose is it ok to leave the parcel at the door. So they just left my parcel (with 600 eur worth of stuff!) in the corridor of the building, unsupervised! I was not home, and only got the message from the store (not Budbee!) that my order has been delivered. Absolutely unprofessional! First time I encounter such poor service, felt stressed and unsafe for my belongings!
Poor user experience. This app is not friendly to navigate. Can't add deliveries, like you can with Bringme. There's no "find your budbee box" option like they show in their pictures here. Has so much potential but execution is horrible.

Fungerede super de første 3 gange, og så gik det ned af bakke! Nu rykkes leveringen med 10 og 20 min. konstant - og 5 min. inden leveringen! Siden kl. 13.40 i dag (17. Januar 2025). Og nu med tæt på to timer!? Og NU er de 2 LEVERINGER, som skulle finde sted i Meny i dag pludselig helt væk på app'en!? Budbee forstår ikke at levere mere, men de forstår, at spilde kundernes tid! Nu er pakkerne kommet tilbage på app'en og leveringen er blevet rykket 3 dage. Selv PostNord er bedre til at levere.
A company that forced me to install this app to get where my HM delivery was. My package was delivered to another place without consent and did not give any choice for a better location. The tracking email and sms did not show where the package actually was, and I must install this app to know where my package was. Avoid this app and any company that uses budbee as the delivery partner.

I have been trying from last 2 months to get myself registered on this app via lyca sim it isn't working at all i even changed my phones, reset the phone, approve all settings etc but neither of them working and even resend pin code click isn't working worst experience

Desperate app, doesn't do anything right! Without the possibility of manual input, without help from the call center, not to mention that sending a message to support is impossible... Disappointing!

Doesn't register retour from bol
Can't even set a country code. The website is abysmal, they don't know how to send you a pin code, and I encourage merchants to boycott this useless service that forces customers to contact them multiple multiple times just to be able to receive something already paid for

Helt värdelöst. När jag startar appen uppmanas jag att fylla i telefonnummer för att logga in, med Danmark förvalt som land. Kan ej få upp menyn för att ändra land till Sverige. Så kan inte använda appen. Har varit såhär jättelänge nu, har uppdaterat appen flera ggr till senaste version, men ingen skillnad. Får istället använda webbläsare med länk för att komma åt mina leveranser och pinkod.
App is not able to show my deliveries but continuously complains that the phone number I provided is not the same as the sender (store) gave them. I checked five times and the number is the same on both places. At the same time they are able to send text to my phone number without any problems. There is a bug in their app. It is useless until they fix it.
selecting country code doesn't work, literally unusable as I can't register without a danish (?) number
