this app is a scam. I cancelled subscription since November 2025 but I have just discovered that they have been deducting subscription money from my account for the last 7months. please avoid. meanhwile i didn't really find it useful for my kids at all. please and please avoid update 29/6 i have emailed your support team since 2 days ago. please respond to the email, cancel the subscription and refund my money that you deducted unjustly.

not real ai. no interaction. not really personalized. just again a pre set app that goes through pre set recordings. doesn't check very well pronunciation. how can I access setting. how,can my child train with same profile on different devices.

Hate this game everything is too expensive in it and it wanted my date of birth witch is so so so so sus and I have 2 touch the robots hand in the introduction which is Sus too this game is absolute GARBAGE I recommend Duolingo instead😡👎
I paid to get full access to this game. it literally gets stuck on the first page where they keep asking "how are you" and no matter what you respond it keeps asking how are you? good concept. lots of bugs.
