it is not accuratete and corresponding with the Energy nota at all. Counts from 1st january to 31 december, while nota counts from 25jan to 26jan. They will finally come with a total untransparant yearnota, not corresponding with the nota, (700€ difference) , the helpdesk can also not verify or look into the app with the customer.

Het gaat me niet alleen om het geld, maar ook om hoe ik ben opgelicht. Ik moet internet kunnen gebruiken, ik heb het nodig en ik heb het ook daadwerkelijk gekocht, maar het werkt niet.

maand en week opwek verschilt heel erg veel. Nu moet ik net de hoge terugleververgoeding betalen. zit op de grens van 1000 kwh. De app kan geen enkele waarde aan gehecht worden. contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. pas op de app is maar een indicatie van het verbruik!! dus pure misleiding!

For a few months I have not been able to see daily usage and it is annoying. To check my daily usage I have to login web portal. I think this issues is going on from years but not resolved. Budget energy please take an action ASAP.
I won't recommend this at all. The electricity and gas price and consumption in the App are totally different with the browser data.
The gas consumption data has gotten messed up. In the daily view it shows one number and in the monthly overview the numbers seem to have doubled. This used to be a fine app until the start of this year.
Constantly says "oeps, er is iets mis gegaan". I can't use it for the only purpose I wanted the app for. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it is still faulty.

Gasverbruik op dagniveau klopt niks van ik de app. Verbruik is veel te hoog. Dagen worden dubbel geteld. Gelukkig klopt de data op de website wel 🙄.

De app werkt vaak niet volledig dingen verdwijnen en komen weer terug dit zal hoogstwaarschijnlijk de reden zijn waarom ik overstap aan het einde van mijn abbonoment

Hele slechte customer support en komen hun adverteren dingen die ze niet hebben niet aan te raden hier klant te worden Edit: als dit niet de services is die jullie nastreven waarom liegen jullie dan in jullie advertenties

De app is zeeeeer langzaam en werkt ontstellend omslachtig.
The app is useless. After updating it, I can't see my usage anymore. it's very ridiculous update, it was more functional, at least we had the chance yo see our mobile data usage. Fix it please, will you?
The service from this company is so bad.
Horrible company. I paused the subscription by paying them a fee. They keep fully charging me every month (in addition to the fee) and every month they tell me there was a mistake, refund me and that now it is supposebly fixed. Next month the same thing. Now they tell me they cannot pause the subscription and I have to pay and I have to pay an extra fee for late payment.
De app werkt niet en geeft je niet de informatie die je nodig hebt. Als je belt, nemen ze niet overtuigend op. Over het algemeen zijn de diensten van dit bedrijf slecht. Mijn wifi ligt er al een week uit, ze hebben nog geen actie ondernomen, het is beter om een contract te tekenen bij een ander bedrijf

App stopped loading my details for past 2 weeks
Not possible to view energy use. The client help sends you to the web page to view the usage and the website sends you to the app, saying it will be possible to view it from there. It's broken and the app is only to promote more of it's services
Don't trust on the budget internet it's not true what they are saying.
Sometimes it's working sometimes it's not. No update about the energy used / produced for over a week. If it's working it's always delayed by two days
Was goed, totdat het spaarvarken weg was gehaald. AUB terugbrengen! Ik wil meer inzicht in wat mijn huidige saldo is!
terrible energy statistics. impossible to understand how much gas your monthly premium covers, compares to be how much you have used
If it doesn't have English language it's kind of useless to us international people. We will learn Dutch at some point but for now, it makes it impossible to use the app

App was working great until this last version (2.0.0) with all redesign. Now I can see only my consumption for the last 2 months. Everything before March 2025 is gone.
The download of the invoices does not work and I urgently needed it.
There is always an error message "Er ging iets mis." And there is a button "Probeer Ergens". What the hell is wrong with this app?
User unfriendly.
very limited app. seems to round used data for gas and electricity, rather than show actual numbers. other providers do this better.
The previous version was working fine. After the update I can no longer see how much money I get back from my solar panels. Previous graphs also looked better and I could see the trend lines in my usage. Your UX/UI team let you down here.
I don't believe this app and the advice of budget energy. First they push you to reduce your monthly payments by 40% and now in December they pushing you to increase the monthly payments by 55%. This is absurd. They are going to loose a customer.
I recently moved to a new place and took the subscription. The app has never worked since then. I cannot see my consumption or any other details. Not a great start definitely!
What a rubbish app in this day and age. The app is not great at collecting and or displaying information about your energy. They round up your usage and cannot show you the net amount of energy you have consumed if you have solar panels. Most of my calculation on my dashboard are incorrect. The contract information on my account is wrong. Just not a great app is going are into information. Would stay away from budget Energy if you value data. images in app store don't match app functionality
Toen de app werkte was het prima, krijg nu al meer dan een maand een foutmelding. kan kosten en verbruik niet inzien. Ook de feedback lijkt niet te werken
Door opnieuw toestemming te geven is een verkeerde meterstand uitgelezen. Zo heb ik blijkbaar op een avond 4000 kwh gebruikt. 3 kwartier in de wacht, en blijkt (rara..) dat het een fout was, maar dat het niet uit de app gehaald kan worden..
