Encounters a server error constantly when trying to verify my phone number to log in. Opens up the bww website for brave for some reason when doing this. If I wanted to order through the site on my phone, I would do that instead.

I can never get this app to work. I have uninstalled and reloaded the app multiple times and still keeps giving me errors. I cannot see my points, play trivia or order on the app. I would never recommend the app to anyone.
never works how it should and never records my points but at least bdubs is consistent with terrible service both online and in restaurant
app refuses to send me a password reset and I can't make a new account because my number is already being used by the account I have!!
Always a problem with this place. They frequently cancel my order for no reason. When they send it, they never get the order right. Neanderthals at work.

I cant get into my account and lost all my points since this new update. I changed my password and still keeps me out. not to mention I cant ever play trivia.
Although you can order from the app, the points system is a joke. when you scan the QR code on the receipt from the store the app says it's invalid. the format the receipt is in is different than what the app asks for. It doesn't work if you input it manually either.
I've been trying to use the app for delivery, but any time I try to input my address it doesn't pop up. I've tried multiple addresses and it never works.
Hadn't used the app in a while.Tried for half an hour to order wings driving home from a day business trip. After multiple attempts buy one get one half off on Tuesdays, I couldn't order more than 15 wings, the price wasn't making sense, and it kept trying to redirect to a BWW that was "closer to me". No option to order more than 15 wings either? I gave up after multiple attempts and grabbed a pizza from somewhere else.

This app is completely confusing. Discounts on BOGO items are not shown. Descriptions are convoluted and missing important context. Predatory sales tactics. Beware.
It's slow and clunky and some offers are only available through the app. Even the employees hate it.
The app is now worthless third party trash. The rewards program is great, and the ability to play games and do trivia is awesome. redeeming points through the app for food has been nothing but trouble, just go into the resturaunt and give them your number.
I tried placing an order 10 times. EVERY TIME CHECKING OUT THE MESSAGE WAS "We're having technical difficulties. Please try again later." This is SO unhelpful because it doesn't tell me what the issue is, if it's the app, or if I should continue trying to order. I'm beyond frustrated.
They opened a "Buffalo Wild Wings GO!" location that's drive thru only and put a d*mn tip at the end of my order like I'm suppose to just tip people for nothing. This is fast food yet y'all wanting me to tip 15% for driving to get my own order with no service. Fast food workers don't get tips and I'm already paying almost $30 for my meal. Get real. Are you serious?

I signed up for their rewards program becaused it offers a free burger on orders $15+, but there was no way for me to actually add the burger to my order. It even said it was ACTIVE, and I hoped it would come with my order anyway, but nope nothing. Plus the rewards are so expensive and not worth it. 500 points to get some chips and salsa when you only earn 10 points per dollar you spend. Never using this again.
Rarely worked and now it won't even let me sign in.

WHAT IS THE USE OF THIS APP? App is useless, 🤗 because it'll show all menu and price, but cannot checkout, because the restaurant will not honor the app price . The restaurant charge more for the same items. Not organized like other restaurant chains. wonder why ** you are maintaining an APP. 🤔
app is absolutely terrible, doesn't allow me to log into to play trivia, lags for minutes at a time in between rounds. doesn't allow me to stay logged in. completely useless.
points will not redeem. item cost not removed at checkour. refunded points to try again. now they are tied up with refund pending. we will order somewhere else.

Piss poor programming. I could took any Indian kid out of 4th grade and put a computer in front of him and he wouldve made a smoother app that doesnt lock up randomly doing the most simple tasks... im sure he'd even add a little "save your card" option so you wouldnt have to reenter the information. Every. Single. Time.

Very poor with the portions and when using delivery service
Call ahead to find out how backed up they are before ordering. We waited 38 minutes past the promised time for 2 entrees and a side at the pickup counter, over an hour past when my CC was charged. Restaurant can't do anything for excessively late orders ordered through the app. After all that my kid refused to eat the not very creamy, chewy mac and cheese. Delivery companies seem to get priority service, watched many other later orders done before ours. One extra star, other food was good.
It takes forever to load and prices don't update until you are ready to checkout. could be a lot better for how much you're going to be spending on the food.

App doesn't work half the time
Works OK, but accidentally touch the wrong reward, you're screwed. You can't unselect it or refund it and use another. It takes hours to get your points back. Even McDonald's will let you change the reward and choose another. That costs me money instead of saving me on rewards.
Redeeming points is not as easy as it should be. If you follow the prompts to redeem towards a meal they just go away and are not applied at check out. I've had to refund them to try again many times but the refund is not instant, so if you make a mistake it's tough luck. Try again next time, your fault for following the prompts to redeem I guess.
