I had been a loyal subscriber to their basic subscription for years. Wanted to upgrade to premium. It wouldnt let me upgrade while still subscribed so I cancelled my subscription and tried to purchase a new subscription with the upgraded tier. Did not work because Bugs does not allow subscriptions on android. I wish I would have known. Now I cannot subscribe to anything. Warning to android users: You cannot even buy a streaming pass.

거의 2년 째 쓰고 있는데.. 다음 곡으로 넘어가는게 종종 잘 안되네요. 그래도 한두번은 참았는데 오늘은 하루종일 다음곡으로 안넘어가서 글 남깁니다.. 설정 다 해놨고 다음 곡도 있는데 다음 곡으로 바로 안넘어가네요. 3분 10초 노래를 들으면 자꾸 3분 11초 12초 넘어가고 아무 소리 안들리고 다음 노래도 안나와요. 제발 고쳐주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 다른 나라 노래 들으면 노래 제목이랑 가사도 다 엉망으로 되어있고.. 인기있는 음원도 없고.. 특히 제목과 가수는 언어 통일 좀 해주셔야 검색해서 찾기 쉬울것같습니다. 일본 노래 찾으려하면 어떤건 영어로 번역 되어있고 어떤건 일본어, 어떤건 일본어 발음 그대로 영어로 쓰여있는데 이걸 일일히 다 검색해보면서 찾아 들어야하는게 상당히 불편하네요.. 시스템 좀 고쳐주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

is it just me or this app blocks the region I'm in? how are we "outsiders" gonna be able to support your k-artists if you keep blocking the world? I've been trying to sign up and it always notify me that I'm signed in but I can't log in so I have to sign in again and again and again! this is wasting not just our time but also our paid internet 😃 not very good app.

Not an international fan friendly app user😕. If you gonna involve international fans to vote then you should have created an English friendly app or other international language because not all international fans can understand Korean and have Korean contact number just to register to your app and vote for their K-Pop artist 😕😕 if I can rate it to 0 star then I will do so.

I try so many times but it doesn't work just now I try like 9-10 time I'm trying this app just to vote BTS and BTS members or i will not try this and All Korean I don't understand anything

쓰지마세요 벅스 씹 강도입니다. 결제하는 순간 해지 불가능입니다. 바로 4개월 노예계약잡아서 아무 설명도 없이 4개월후에 해지가능합니다. 요즘도 장사 이렇게하나
노래 한곡을 제대로 못들을 정도로 자주 끊겨요. 배터리 사용량이 많아서 경고가 뜰 정도인데 정작 재생은 제대로 안되는..다른 어플 사용하는 상태도 아닌데 혼자 꺼지니까 짜증나네요.
이번 업데이트 했더니 버퍼링만 천년만년이네요. 그리고 전에 음악 골라서 추천해주던 기능이 그리워요. 지웠다 다시 다운로드했더니 아예 앱이 안켜지네요...
업데이트 전에 디자인이 특색있규 편하고 예뻐서 음악앱 중 가장 괜찮았는데..업데이트................멜론비슷한것처럼 특색없어지고 심지어 멜론보다 못한 수준이 되어버렸어요..멜론의 저품질짝퉁 느낌?돌려놔요ㅠ

노트8인데 음악끊김현상이 너무심해요 이글쓰면서도 끊김
음악 듣기+65곡 mp3저장 이용권을 자동결제로 샀는데 음악이 다운이 모바일에서도, 노트북에서도 안되네요... 실망입니다. 노트북은 예전에도 이랬지만 지금도 여전히 어도비 플래시 드라이브 설치해도 설치해도 또 하라하고 어째어째해서 다운해도 곡 길이는 4분인데 다운이 1분 30초까지만 되있네요..? 그래서 참고 모바일에서 다운하려고 하니 다운을 중간까지만 하고 '일시적인 오류로 다운을 실패했습니다'라며 다운하게 놔두질 않는군요... 고쳐주시거나 방법을 알려주시지 않으면 이용권 더 이상 이용 못합니다. 예전에 긴 기간동안 모바일에서 mp3다운으로 이용했는데 이렇게 갑자기 오류가 많으니 당황스럽네요ㅡ

오류투성이, radson인지 뭔지하는거는 온시키면 노래중간에 치지직거리고 끊겨서 쓰지도못하고. 지멋대로 로그아웃, 계다가 가끔씩은 노래도 안나옴, 리부팅하라는데 이거때문에 리부팅해야되는지; 진짜 오류가 왤케 많은건지 이해가 안됨,, 제발 개선부탁드려요
I regularly pay for listening to the musics but this app doesn't work with my Redmi note 4.

노래가 중간에 끄더라도 다음 재생시엔 들었던 부분부터 이어졋으면 좋았을것같음. 갤럭시워치는 언제? 다른앱은 다되는데?
메뉴가 눈에 잘 안 들어오네요. 가독성 너무 떨어져요.

갑자기 앱 구동이 아예 안되요. 처음엔 저장된 노래만 재생되더니 아예 안되서 지웠다가 까니까 더 안되요. 돈 주고 쓰고 있는데 쓰고싶을 때 못쓰면 문제 있는 거 아닌가요. 1:1 문의하라고 해놨던데 앱이 안들어가져서 문의도 못합니다
