when you submit your free dispute it says oops error code and then true to sell you nonsense for outrageous prices
I paid for the added service and was never able to access those services. The app continued to try to make me purchase again. I requested a refund, which Dovly denied. They suggested to request the refund from the app store, which also denied. So they took my payment without providing the services and would not compensate. Do not pay for anything!
Scam app. Lie to get you to purchase. They say once you pay you can dispute all of the bad credit right away instead of just one. Total lie. They schedule the disputes out MONTHS so they can repeatedly charge you. Total fraud.
did not order premium and was charged for it. beware this is the second time it's happened

Downloaded the app, and started setting up an account. The only part of the process that works for me is allowing biometric login. After that, the app loads as "Unable to load credit information". It never even asked me for my information in the first place, so it's basically broken at that point.
after I got signed in and everything for it keeps saying critical error or something like that and it says try again and it doesn't matter how many times I hit try again it doesn't work horrible app I didn't even get to use it.
the app collected my personal (bday social address) then it "crashed" then I started getting spam emails from them offering me a tech job they claim I applied for. sketchy as hell. after a few times I logged in it requests all my info again. sounds to me like they sold my email to a phishing company
Careful they claim cancel anytime no problem but try to revive a 99 dollar refund this is the biggest rip off scam ever seriously go elsewhere, my score hasn't moved not even a point SCAM

paid $100 for yearly. developer hasn't acknowledged my purchase and google won't refund me. and there's no way to tell the developer about the issue because you can only contact customer service if your a paid user (talk about irony) so they basically just ate my money.
Not very useful. Won't let me past proving my identity.
If you like spending money, especially on another money AIapp the.💸💸💸. Most any FREE versions of the latest apps will do same. I do like their logo!!
