server crashes constantly. doing pretty much anything in game server crashes, end of battle results, open chests, anything and everything!!!

Sent message to help chat, never replied, I even included all my game details I could remember and all the Google play receipts. AVOID PLAYING THIS GAME, YOU WONT RECEIVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not worth the headache. Edit: account still missing, no customer service answer. Avoid this game and this company. No customer service replies, account still missing now.
horrible balancing
Temu app keeps taking my winnings, any time I go for a bonus video. Temu takes me off the "Bullet Echo" app and winnings are not replenished. 7 times out of ten this happens. stealing my data

Geoblocking ? are you guys geoblocking certain countries from connecting to your servers ? the "connection unstable" message keeps popping up although i tried cellular 5G connection and Fiber
You have to balance the play matching. I reached a certain level without even knowing how the game works or did I even made a kill.
This game seems to be declining... The new characters have like 5+ abilities and the old ones just have one like a grenade or thermal vision... Getting less fun with these new metahumans lol. Alter can be a decoy, go invisible, set a decoy instead of beng killed... Then the character with two posionous dogs and can zombie another character this wild.

worst game ever
too hard to play because how tf are u supose to fight against 2 tier higher than ur character, an 600 fire power epic tier character has to fight 1,1k fire power mythic tier. pls fix ur match matching system ill update my riview after our problem fixed, this game also to far to p2w (pay to win)
pay to win, awful balance, you'll always play with much stronger people (in terms of character power, not skill)
full of op bot
it is a game where overpowered BOT will fill 11/12 of match making. those are BOTS guys, not players. trash game
super fun until you hit the pay to play league, then you just getting smashed on by people with $80 characters that will 1 shot you. Its stops being about tactics and strategies and getting the drop on another player and becomes about who has spent more money when you hit bravery league. Basically, dont waste your time unless youre willing to waste your money.

Please fix matching. Matching you with Divine or Immortal players when you don't even have one Divine character is unfair.
i lost my old acc and they don't give me information about to restore my old acc so i purchase skin my real money so don't want to play this game and weste time ty bye
This game used to be lit and I even spent money on it, but Bravery League is a mess. Matchmaking is completely broken I’m constantly up against players with way higher power/gear, while my teammates feel like bots or straight clueless. Nothing about these matches feels fair or balanced. It’s frustrating and kills the fun. Fix matchmaking balance by power, not just rank, stop pairing real players with bots and extend the rank system to be like 50000 trophies so every player face a fair challenge.
When I installed it, absolutely loved it. But I just got sick of being matched with players atleast twice my power. Unless I spend money, the player progression is painfully slow.

fix your matchmaking.some people like myself wanna grind not pay to win. some of my heroes were just lvl 350, and have to go against lvl 7 to 800. its a good game but fix your matchmaking. its TRASH

Nice game. It's pretty addicting from the start, but as you progress through the ranks, you will face opponents who bought an upgrade tru micro transactions. You won’t be able to beat them unless you do the same. In short, it's P2W.
grinding is the only true way to lvl up. miss matching will occur 75% of the time. There are also moments where you're character moves on its on or doesn't move in the correct directions. Almost like a built in cheat to keep your winning streak low or at zero. Be prepared and don't take it personal, especially if no real money has been spent on the game. There are moments where you will shoot someone 4 or 5 times and only be shot once and die. Be prepared!
El juego está bien, es entretenido y es un juego que abandone hace mucho casi a sus inicios, lo que deriva en que no me regresaron a liga común si no que me dejaron en liga inmortal 1, obviamente mis héroes están en niveles bajos pero los creadores no piensan en eso, avance desde donde me dejaron y el problema viene cuando llegas a liga de valentía, es insufrible seguir, porque TODOS TE MATAN DE UN TIRO SIENDO TODOS EN NIVEL DIVINO Y UNO APENAS EN DEFINITIVO SUFRIENDO HORRIBLE, ES INJUGABLE...
resched 10k and then it's unbalanced for those who's heroes power still stays below 2k..you would fight against 2.2-2.8 party pay to win enemies..100games i played i only win 1-2 matches(tdm, Battle royal, solo).... random team like me in battle royal will be wiped out while i just picked up ammos the gameplay only last 5 seconds at time, perhaps larger map needed and fog of war was too shallow 90% get killed from behind...there should be footsteps behind they runnig fast..
Very fun game, you get to have a little bit of fun before it becomes 100% pay to win. The goal of the game is to extract as much money as possible from the players.

Fun game but imagine battling enemies twice your trophies and tripled damage than your hero. One shot, gone. lol
