Don't demean yourself by downloading this app. You're a far better person than you realise.
You sign up, verify yourself to prove you're not a bot or a fake, get banned a day into having it anyways. That's wrong. You get your account activated, but they tell you the reason is because of a "mistake" on their end, only to jump through more hoops to sign back in. that's also wrong. Then to top it all off, you'll get a few matches, but everything is locked behind a paywall. I deleted my account and I uninstalled. This is a cash grab app.

Paid for the subscription that gives you superswipes and boosts, and youre supposed to get the refilled weekly. Its been 11 days since they were last refilled and the ai chatbot says thats fine. Its theft. This app already paywalls you to death by needing a subscription AND a boost AND super likes and they still supress getting any matches. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SCAM APP
Terrible app. They have daily suggestions and they show me the total opposite of what I am looking for, in my case, it's trying to force lefty libtards on to me. Sort your algorithm and don't discriminate just because I a right leaning, you are taking the piss
Returned after awhile to check if the only major dating app not owned by the match group mafia has improved at all. It is still effectively non-functional unless you are willing to pay ~$40 a month. This is basically just a data collection / advertising front.
why is the auto pay not getting off? I don't want to invest and I want to turn off the autopay? why your bank is not allowing... i will case a file against the app owner if not closed within tomorrow
claimed I wasn't 18 when I am and blocked my account
I have been a customer for a couple of years & a paid customer for a year. I was forced to update the app last week. I couldn't get the app to load a week ago so I deleted it & reinstalled. Now it won't send a code to my phone to get it setup. I've waited 6 days for Bumble to respond on Facebook & to email. Nothing. During that time Bumble was replying to reviews here directing them to Facebook for support. Don't bother, they don't reply anyways. I'm cancelling my subscription & selling stock

User BEWARE. Read the legal terms They can and DO use your photos on "other platforms". I tried to delete my pictures before deleting the account (when I realized what their terms say. hindsight 20/20) just to play it safe and THEY WONT LET YOU. Go ahead and try. After manipulating and this and that I got it to accept a non identifiable Pic of me and was able to delete info and other pics. Be FOREWARNED...They WILL use your pictures for whatever reason on other sites.Their words. Be safe, every1

So bad now, match & can't communicate with other until they reply & it just expires. Auto change your age adding 8 years more, 37 to 45... because I logged in using fb, & not putting bunch of real life personal info on social media. Never heard of an app that auto changes your age, even with ID verification... no way to change/revert it or report the issue or customer service, auto reply Ai now is only way to talk to, only gives tips.... -5 🌟 if I could.
If you call this app worthless, you're overvaluing it by billions of dollars. It's a better use of your time to hit yourself in the face as hard as you can endlessly. The operators are inherently criminals and a life sentence would be well deserved.

I just created an account and purchased a 3-month subscription. A few hours later, my account was suddenly and unilaterally deleted. I had only chatted with two people and did not violate any terms or guidelines. Now, when I request a refund, it is being denied. Is this really how Bumble operates and takes people's money? I have tried contacting customer service, but I receive no real response because everything is automated by AI.

BEWARE ,Paid for the lifetime $299 but zero likes or response from any profile. literally feels like they have fake profile generators with verified using photos [which they verify]. scam is the only reasonable result.

WORST APP EVER WASTE OF MONEY & TIME Do yourself a favor and don't download this app, they blocked my account under sexual harassment and i was able to appeal after appeal i got back my account saying "There's been a mistake" i deleted the app and after months i downloaded again and got my account blocked AGAIN but this time i can't even appeal,it's my fault for downloading this app who blocks users account without a valid reason, I'm sure it's another mistake but ofc can't even appeal my case.

I have purchased the premium to get the good experience and thought everything would sort out, even after completing my profile 100%, I'm getting no response, the boost doesn't work either.. and what's the reason for unlimited swipes if we are not gonna get any match or swipe back.. and Stand out every day feature.. it does help either! what's the reason for spending money here if this is not working!!

The app isn't working when connected to Wifi. Please address this issue. On mobile network, sometimes the app doesn't load, and I have to force close the app. This has happened multiple times since last week.
Customer service is non-existent when it comes to billing and purchases. Practically begging them to reply at this point.
