You'll rarely find friends here. I know its designed a certain way but the way the search is formatted, even with premium, is terrible. Most days all you'll find are single Gay men, or "straight" men that will use a thirst trap as their profile picture. There is no way to filter out by sexual preference, so I got pretty tired and ended up uninstalling.

Ignored the part where I asked for a refund and didn't ask if I'd tried these steps already! I have reported you to Trading Standards and they're now investigating your company. Seems this happens a lot. Disgusting!
Seemed like a promising app, but recently I'm finding that matches & chat history just suddenly disappear mid-conversation. It's a shame because often the conversations were going well. They haven't unmatched. because according to Bumble's FAQ they become greyed out when unmatched. These are just disappearing altogether.
Fix the Plans section's bug. Unknown Server Error has been going on for like 2 weeks now we can't even see our own plans' settings

Took out subscription but then the plans page stopped working, other premium features also didn't work correctly so just a waste of money. sent an email earlier in the week and still haven't had a reply.

For context I am on the android version of this app: I attempted to contact support, and they never got back to me. I love the concept of this app but the execution is poor to say the least. Since I started paying for the app the plans Tab just doesn't work at all - I get an error code when I try to refresh the page. Alongside this, the app easily takes 2-3 minutes to load every time I open it which is a very long time for a simple app. Lastly, the same people I have already liked keep coming up
if they ban you. they will give no reason or present any evidence of wrong doing. they will just say you broken the rules end of story

Just spent ages registering and setting up a profile, (uploading pics and info, etc) only to be told this app doesn't, actually, exist anymore and I must install a new app but that new app says it cannot install as it is not available in my region!!! Feels like a total scam!

I don’t get why you need mutual approval just to talk to someone, mostly based on looks - basically a match. How is this any different from a dating app? This doesn’t feel like a platform for making friends at all.

This app has a weird user base where you'll find plenty of "likes" on you but no one actually wants to talk or have even the remote interest in meeting up. the furthest ive gotten is sending someone a message and getting no reply back. that will be 100% of your experience. it tricks you to think all these ppl want to hang out but no one actually replies or gives a fk. I don't know whether to blame the app or the users, its so frustrating when your genuinely trying to find ppl to hang with.
keeps glitching. I paid for premium and have redownloaded it 4 times and it keeps glitching. don't waste your money
I don’t have much experience with it, as Bumble BFF was unable to verify my photo despite my best efforts to replicate the pose. From what I’ve seen on forums, I’m not the only one who’s had this issue. Given the difficulties just signing up, it doesn’t feel worth my time.

The app literally doesn’t even open. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but it just won’t load at all. How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t even get into it? Really frustrating experience.
Bumble sounded like a good idea, but the reality is disappointing. The app is full of expensive paywalls that limit basic features, so you end up feeling like you have to pay just to get a real experience. On top of that, a lot of profiles don’t seem genuine, which makes it hard to trust who you’re actually matching with. And even when you do match, most people don’t say anything, so conversations rarely go anywhere. It feels like you’re putting in effort with very little return.

I don't like the set up off this app cos I don't really like adding my phone number to app I really don't think it's safe I really think this app should just have a face recognition I think that works just as well I deleted this app cos it doesn't seem safe

Those prices are very funny. I'm not paying to talk to people when I can do it for free on other apps.
I've used Bumble BFF in the past and made good friends but have found that I only get likes from men and I'm looking for more female/nb friends. Paying for the service makes no difference. Cis-straight men seem to be setting their gender to "female" to bypass filters. It's hardly surprising women are leaving this app in droves. If I wanted to date or be hit on by married men, I'd just use a dating app instead. Completely useless. I'm better off approaching strangers in coffee shops.

Guess what? I tried the app, and despite determining my gender as male, and orientation as heterosexual, it got me MALE matches! The chat both solution was to tick a box that did not exist. How hard is it to make a simple functional app that gets basics right? Waste of time and money!
Absolutely terrible. Joined recently to find dates & friends due to recently moving across the country. They locked my account within 12 hours, even though I didn't do anything suspicious, nefarious, or ToS breaking. Told me to verify my photos to unlock it, so I did as I wanted to give the app a shot. After the 30th try (literally) of submitting the verification photo, the app accepted it & said to wait. I go back 24 hrs later-they banned me for no reason. Sent emails in, but support is a joke
