The "plans" doesn't work since over 4 months.
i have never written a revew, but this is honestly the worst. i downloaded this app because i have a hard time making friends, but honestly don't get this app unless you are willing to play 13 euros a month. you can't do anything unless you pay the subscription, you can't text anyone, you can't see who liked you or text them back, and you can't even say hello. a lot of people put their insta in their bio, but i still find this app to be a complete scam.
nonsense app. I try to connect woman but only men in profile which is disgusting
People ghost all the time. They don't take this app seriously. Everyone already has 100 friends and sees you as a liability. It sucks that thos people that ghost are allowed on there

The Plan section is not working where the most important feature needs the most. It always say, "UNKNOWN_ERROR_TYPE" or "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" lease fix ASAP. We're really glad to uninstall the app and to not recommend using app for future users. Our subscription is worthless. We've waited almost 1 Week. PLEASE FIX!

Paid to see my matches, all hundreds of miles away despite having a strict filter on distance since I set up the account. The Plans section has been broken for weeks now, you can't make or join new ones, nor can you leave ones you're in.

Rename to "Bumble for Gays" as 99% of profiles are LGBT. Fine by me, you just should be explicit about it, because I want diversity when making friends and there's none here.
So apparently I've been banned from using the app because they "received multiple reports about my behaviour on the app" despite the fact that I've literally never even used the app before, so what the hell???

This app stopped working properly about 2 months ago. Works sometimes for 1 day, then again doesn't for days. You can't have conversations with people like that. I talked to the cs and they said they'd work on it, but nothing has changed. I had paid premium for a month and couldn't use it because my profile wouldn't even load. As soon as I manage to login again I will remove this app. It's obvious the devs don't care about it anymore.
Some of the features have been showing error
Doesn't even work. Press on "continue with google/fb or input number" and you get nothing but a loading screen or an error. The server is either dead or they hardly care about maintaining it.

You'll rarely find friends here. I know its designed a certain way but the way the search is formatted, even with premium, is terrible. Most days all you'll find are single Gay men, or "straight" men that will use a thirst trap as their profile picture. There is no way to filter out by sexual preference, so I got pretty tired and ended up uninstalling.

If I could give minus stars, I would! Paid for Premium, used for an hour, the app crashed and won't open since! I tried all the troubleshooting steps, didn't work. Contacted Bumble only to get a reply 13 days later with some generic, copy & paste email with troubleshooting steps! Ignored the part where I asked for a refund and didn't ask if I'd tried these steps already! I have reported you to Trading Standards and they're now investigating your company. Seems this happens a lot. Disgusting!
Seemed like a promising app, but recently I'm finding that matches & chat history just suddenly disappear mid-conversation. It's a shame because often the conversations were going well. They haven't unmatched. because according to Bumble's FAQ they become greyed out when unmatched. These are just disappearing altogether.
Fix the Plans section's bug. Unknown Server Error has been going on for like 2 weeks now we can't even see our own plans' settings

Took out subscription but then the plans page stopped working, other premium features also didn't work correctly so just a waste of money. sent an email earlier in the week and still haven't had a reply.
