Very disappointed with Bumpy’s service. I had been using the platform for the past 2 months without issues, but right after purchasing an approximately $100 subscription, my account was banned the very next day without any clear reason. I contacted support multiple times through email, but unfortunately received no helpful response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a subscription.

If I could put zero stars I would've. The second I set up my email I had to watch the app's ad to switch to gold, at that point I haven't had the chance to check the app yet. I got a flow of likes instantly but of course I have to pay to see who liked or messaged me, constant ads, no options for filtering in the settings. Overall, it was a waste of time.
Scaming ad by faking some bot profile like you
used to be good but now it just gives random bans, worst experience ever.

I have liked well over 100 people and have not received even 1 like myself, and the one person I talked to ended up being a scammer even though they were verified, it seems the developers themselves are devious, this app is just like all the rest of the fakes out there

I was enjoying the app then all of a sudden I stopped receiving messages and hellos with no explanation, active conversations have stopped for no reason, will change my score if they can fix this issue. Unfortunately if you make connection with people they will shadow ban you and pretend nothing happened. Not very good business practice for someone who was ok with paying for the app. But you clearly don't want me to use it because I still haven't received any information on why or how to fix it

You're a cheater app and also You're a worst app, I have contact and mailed the customer support team minimum 5 times but no one is replying me nor my problem is being solved. Never use this app please, I buy the premium and they've stopped me from texting nor I am receiving any messages from people nor any likes or matches. it's the worst app ever. Neither incognito mode is on nor any email from your support team in my spam or anywhere. I just want my money back or either active the services.

This is the worst app I have ever been. 5 times in row were disabled for some stupid things about bio (which a lot of people abuse), support is bad, you paid something for good intentions and they just disable you without any warnings. Stay away from this app, it's so disgusting and disrespectful.
