it's broken I've uninstalled it 2 times and it says the same thing....... something went wrong press ok to restart the app and it glitches out and then pops up with the same message fix ya app I'm on android too and everything's updated FFS annoying it's been like a month now

I now have to uninstall the app and re-install it on both my Android phone and tablet because it doesn't show aisle information. Why do you tech heads keep on stuffing it UP ! ONE JOB , LEAVE IT ALONE OR MAKE IT BETTER ! ALSO, WHY DO I HAVE TO SCROLL THROUGH ON LINE STUFF WHEN YOU'RE STORE PRODUCTS SHOULD COME UP FIRST ? WHAT, WOULD YOU RATHER PEOPLE BUY ONLINE THAN BUY FROM YOUR STORES FIRST ??? 🤪 FIX IT PLEASE.
unimpressed that Buddy is a bloody nuisence. as a very regular customer, if buddy does not go, I will be an online customer!
Just completely broke randomly. have force quit it, and still it gets stuck in a loop with an error message saying to press ok to restart the app. the message flickers on and off very quickly before it restarts after a while, and then repeats.

so old it's near redundant. must be 8 yr old by now! no improvements. really. have to know exactly what your looking for. search features out of date. too many affiliates on site so half time not even Bunning products from store!!

slow and unresponsive, terrible website that constantly hangs and uses large amounts of system resources. the web ui they are using is the reason and the developers won't address it. you are losing sadness due to this

you wouldn't install this to find a product on the store or even to get a half way decent store map. the search too is way worse than google
web page is so slow it's painful. bunnings obviously don't care how much time you waste searching for the correct item. time is money. inadequate descriptions of items, and staff that only have the time to point you to an isle. if you want a bit of personal service(even a bit), you will not get it at bunnings, service seems to be an unjustifiable expense eg. go to the section below this "(tell us more(optional)". you cannot add text to this field.😫. sc's
Since the latest update the app has become unusable. Every time I open it I get a pop-up error message telling me to select "OK" to reload, but nothing changes when I do.
This app has become very poor to use properly. I've uninstalled and re-installed. Trying to make it "better". 1. Needs to just add in searches what exactly the search is. STOP with the add-ons. 2. You can't just say, "sorry you find trouble with the app" and NOT fix anything. 3. What is the MARKET PLACE for? added PICK-UP and got rid of IT 4. FIX problems everyone is saying! 5. Had to uninstall AGAIN just stops working asking me to reset app! MAJOR problems with app since you've added "Buddy"
Terrible app. Search speed is equivalent to 1980s. Impossible to use the categories to actually refine searchers. Filter is slow and then chunks as you scroll.
Updated. I was able to put items into the cart and delete items etc, but when I went to pay the app got stuck after the credit card screen and sat on processing indefinitely. I tried again, same issue, so I went to the website and fortunately still had the cart from the app, and paid for the items using the website. Then I noticed the credit card had three pending transactions for the same order amount. Glad I don't need the money urgently, hopefully it will come back once order processed.
Always difficult. Stock items names are subjective and it seems Bunnings can't make it standard and easy to use. Sales are lost in this way.

hit and miss as to if your order will go through, also very slow both in the app and online with phone and computer.
Very buggy app on Android. Difficult to update account information, slow, verify email doesn't work. Messages saying there is an error on our side. Not a great customer experience!

app is slow to the point that I feel so frustrated, I close down the app and shop somewhere else
absolutely useless at times. when you bought up something on one of the Facebook ads then the website that opens asks you to open it in the app it goes straight to the standard opening page does not bring up the item youer looking at, If it cannot do that then accept people will stay on the website and give them the information they need there not ask them to go to a app that doesn't open on the product you're looking at. other companies do it perfectly fine with there apps just not this one
easily the worst app I have ever used , non responsive, freezes. you would think a big company would fix it.
they could get the light down for me and I have to make another trip. could hold one for me so maybe they will remember and maybe there will be one available tomorrow. with the cost of fuel maybe I'll come back.

edited: after the latest update, the app was broken... caught in a loop of "something went wrong, reset the app" etc. eventually, uninstall and reinstall seems to have fixed this and it's working again. except, no aisle info anymore. that was super useful, and it's busted. test your app releases with more rigour
Can't even select images to zoom in
FREEZES frequently which is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, would be nice if had an option to scan items while in-store considering the app shows location of item in the store.

Not sure what has happened since the last update but I can no longer log in to my account via the app.
Can't even load right now. Plus the generic text on the search bar doesn't disappear when you type into it. Has a half a*sed vibe sometimes. Good when it works. Oh except for the number of items with no location information.

just as slow and annoying to use as the Bunnings website. doesn't load properly constantly tells you your details are wrong etc. For a big company thier tech side is HOPELESS
Started to have "no aisle info" all the time
This app very sorely needs text zooming ability. I tend to use the Bunnings website for this reason but that is painfully slow. So if you've developed the app for the website speed issue and it's too expensive to put on more servers, then at least add some very basic features to the app, like text zoom.

when entering an Address for click and collect the app doesn't respond well for the state selection
