Too many app errors. Charges $1.99 for kids drink which should be part of the kid meal price.
recent updates have caused the app to be glitchy. it often orders at the wrong location. Even with GPS turned on. the last few orders I made sure to change the location but the app changed the location back before the order completed during the payment process. IT'S HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT'S UNACCEPTABLE! FIX THIS!!!
This app does not do a good job of helping you to order in the right location. it often let's me order things they do not have in stock and then neither the store nor the app can fix the problem. you have to contact them and hope that in 24-48 hours that they'll refund your money.

Does not allow you to redeem coupons
As of May 2026, the app still sends your online order to the last restaurant you ordered at instead of the closest one to you, even if you correctly change the restaurant yourself before submitting the order.
GPS Location does not work, reinstalled and refuses to recognize location is on for the app. Will not find location even in the parking lot. Update May 2026, app doesn't send orders to correct location even after location confirmation. Made charge back every time it gets it wrong, will be reported to Better Business Beurea and to Visa as a scam system. None of the solutions worked in app, attempts to call the location didn't work as the phone number was a false number.
makes it nearly impossible to add a deal or use an offer with my code. can't just use a code straight from the offer like most other apps. total waste of time and not worth using. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Why is the $20 mandalorian meal gone from the app? I thought it would mean that the collector's cup is no longer available at the store, but I talked to my local Burger King and they said they still have the cups. The $20 combo is no longer available in the app at the 12 locations within 100 miles of me.
where's the deals? McDonald's app is full of deals. I love Burger King but it's way too pricey. I thought this app would have rewards. every day years ago Burger King had a couple in the daily paper for buy a Whopper get one free. that's a joke now. and the whopper jr's are half the size they use to be just not too long ago they changed that too. The greed here is thru the roof but as long as Burger King gets theirs that's clearly all that matters huh? Wednesday whoppers isn't so great either
The app is trash keeps kicking me out of the view cart screen can't even get my 25% off or a free whooper for being a Walmart plus subscriber disappointed.

do not, under any circumstances, use this app! do *NOT* get scammed! Burger King will use this app to steal from you! the scam is using the location finder to change to a longer distance location, usually at least an hour away. after the second time the app does this, BK will block phone communication and "close tickets" where their software "made errors". DO NOT USE THE APP!
The app has a lot of bugs it freezes also maps shows the wrong address order on mobile phone find out it was a different place and no way to cancel so I only ordered in person now.
placed an online order & the store didn't have the item to complete the order I was told to back the next day only for the manger on the shift to deny me of the order...a waste of time & money
If I order through the app and then have to go down to the store to get it corrected, shouldn't I get back my service fee, delivery fee, and tip since at that point I did the job I paid you to do? Can't really pawn it off on doordash when you're the ones contracting with them. Love that the customer service number in your app also doesn't work... kind of like the rest of your business.
Genuinely one of the worst fast food apps I've ever used. Slow, laggy, and I just placed an order where I changed locations to one .2 miles away, but once the order was placed it showed the order was sent to the restaurant it was originally set to which is 20 minutes away. No 'cancel order' option to be had, just no food and you have to wait 24-48 hours to hopefully get your money back.
I've been able to rely on this app consistently but suddenly out of nowhere it's not working at all. I can't order anything, I can't complete an order. it says that I've used a deal recently when I haven't. I am not too to pay the ridiculous full price at a place like this. I just wanted a treat for my kids! F it! nevermind! Now I'm finding out that it actually charged me!
Stupd tell me why i went to order and instead of using my loxation it sends me the last place i ordered and theres no way to request a refund i mean shouldn't that be mandatory for any site, request a refund, i messed up or u messed up whatever. No oh im sorry sir dont mess up next time thank you have a good day. But when i have a band-aid baked into a biscuit you tell me to leave the store youll call the police. Where are we right now!!!???
I get notice of Birthday surprise gift. I was busy that day thinking I can use it tomorrow. Nope! One day only promo and GONE!? the rest give you a week or so to collect it! crazy azz BK.
BOGO Royal Crispy Chicken coupon is listed but won't activate. Was hoping to switch from McDonalds to BK, but this is a bad sign. I'll keep looking for a replacement.
the app does not check your location when you open it to place an order. I have ordered food to the wrong location numerous times. every other restaurant app does the simple thing

Their current promotion advertises Spotify premium, but they straight sent me a code that doesn't work. I was fine with just getting food but to tell me I won something and then actively deny me from accessing this thing I "won" is a dick move. ignorance was bliss, you didn't need to give me a source of active frustration for no goddamn reason.
app wouldn't work didn't take PayPal couldn't get offers removing until you make it available to pay at counter - when there's an issue reply to developer if I ruled - I could have paid at the counter using your app - fail when can't get app offers with your meals it's not the app it's not creator you have to fix the issue
Terrible service thru the app. getting refunds and canceling orders is the worst on Burger King's app. I ordered to wrong store which was my fault. but they would not cancel the order and issue me a refund. every other fast food app will give you refunds and let you switch to the correct store. in my experience with Burger King thats not the situation. good food. terrible App service. Just start buying chicken fries from kroger again lol
you can't report problems through the app anymore.. my order is messed up and it gets stuck on submit. Edit: my app is up to date. I've also tried deleting and reinstalling it.

I want to use this app as I once did but they no longer allow you to pay at the window. I am required to enter a card or use other pay services. I deleted the app for this reason. You cannot pay at the restaurant.
Unbelievably crazy high prices for subpar tiny slider sandwiches & gross f🤢🤮d with no real deals in this app. That's if/when the app works. I'm done with Burger King until they ditch the app & go back to putting real deals back on the reader board or mail out coupons again! Also this app is filled with Spyware. 2882👀 tracking attempts from 4 different companies in less than 7 minutes that Burger King harvested to sell to other companies. Guess it explains why the app needs 315 mbs of storage.

Was good now not. When redeeming points for something the cart will not reflect a new price leaving it full price. For instance this a.m I tried to redeem a croissant but even in the cart it'll show the savings difference but when you check out will not reflect that in price and you'll pay full price. This is organized corporate theft as you will lose your points and still pay full price. An internal and external investigation needs done.

this app is absolute garbage, it won't accept my card information for no reason what so ever.
I try to put my debit card in but it says "Something went wrong" stating i have incorrect information or contact my bank. Why do i have to put my card in to included Paypal? It should of been a Paypal login screen smfh.

This location is alright. Why have an automatic happy server when you talk to an unhappy person that is really taking your order.Then they always ask me if I have another order that's not mine, and they seem to hate their jobs just as much with no hospitality and my ice cream was practically melted by the time I got it, and it was so overfilled it spilt everywhere on me and my legs and my friends floor smh....
no way to cancel locally mine never has anything ready or makes me wait 30 minutes for my 1 sandwich im just done with bk might stop when im out of town

Great deals, but app takes me 10 minutes to order a meal. 3 to 15 seconds wait every time I click something
It's genuinely incredibly slow at adding items. I don't know why it isn't a counter thing instead of each item being separate. And apparently there is a limit too on how much you can buy which is kind of crazy you would limit purchase amounts.
