Burger King is one of the places we frequent often just because how amazing the paper coupons are. However, the app offers the same exact coupon but smaller size and for more money? Complete rip off. So we will only eat here if we get paper coupons in the mail. Complete joke, $16 for 2 meals and everything is a size small. Also would like to add that it doesn't give you enough time to upload a reciept. It says it gives you 48 hours but it doesnt actually go through in that time frame.
Your local restaurant is not responsible for your order, since no money is exchanged in the store per management at my local store. Doordash directs you to Burger King customer support, which closes at 9pm EST, so DEFINITELY don't order after 8pm in case something goes wrong and you need customer support. Too many potential issues ordering through this app, better off ordering at the store or Door Dash

the app keeps freezing when trying to add items to your cart the screen blanks and you have to completely close the app and try again multiple times. I gave pretty much given up on using the app.

the rewards system is not good, I can't redeem multiple rewards in one purchase
it always freezes when I try to log in. when I try to order breakfast, the menu will still be on lunch/dinner. I've deleted, reinstalled, and normally get so frustrated I end up ordering McDonald's even though BK was the first choice

Could use offer unless I order thru app and then the app was having issues so then what?! 🤔 🤷🏾 I didn't have time to fool with it. this was 2nd time I was told to get out of line and use the app!!! Well today I am going to Wendy's. Hopefully next time the app is working 🤔😕
the retards at my local location constantly mess up orders or take forever, place is usually abandoned. literally any fast food place is a better choice. update: the audacity is unparalleled, there version of 'making it right' is a $5 coupon. WHICH ISN'T EVEN ENOUGH TO BUY A WHOPPER AGAIN!!! No wonder everyone hates BK these days.
no Star ice cream machine down frys cold old nasty and and full of fry crumbles from bottom of basket sandwich meat partly cooked. fed it to the coolest cuz it wasn't good enough for him for my dog
You screwed up Whopper Wednesday!
so the employee did not know how to have a whopper made off the broiler. I had to tell her that it should be on the order, she replied I didn't know she made it ...really I informed the cashier that they would need to tell the cook as well. they need to train the employees here, that we rule (customer) as the commerical states.

does not link account to walmart plus so can't get the discount. keeps showing error. do not use if have eallmart plus. useless. uninstalled. u have to jump through hoops to delete your account, like a government agency. slimy company that keeps ur info.

One of the worst fast food apps
awful miss leading
Terrible delivery service, actually pretty much zero customer service. No way to cancel seeing a ETA over an hour. 5 dollar coupon for next order is an insult for a delivery that cost over 30dollars and came cold as ice. Fix your service with doordash or use someone else because obviously it's not the restaurant's fault.
Security for this app is very poor. Someone was able to view my order and call the store to try to hijack it, and there's pretty much nothing you can do about it when it happens except go through their automated system that leads... nowhere, really. Other apps at least have ways of updating passwords/codes.
Please make selecting and/or changing the restaurant location easier. The support button WAS NOT helpful. Deleting the app and talking to actual people going forward.
my order disappeared and bk will not refund.
Do not get this app. They will accept online orders for items they don't have, then will not refund your money. Stay away!
lagging won't let me pay taking money out for an order saying payment failed then refunding it 10 minutes later
$3 markup for all items for a delivery vs pick order, plus delivery and service fees. can **** off with that BS.
The employees just can't seem to put my order in correctly!? plus there always forgetting something from my order. I gave up so now I just add something random to make up for the loss of something missing. can't find a better chicken sandwich anywhere in my opinion.
Had my one messed up after I brought it to their attention said they take care of it n never did after.sayn they did dont like that especially when I order original chicken n got it with onion rings on it I also requested mayo n lettuce n i pd over $30 for my ordernno lettuce nor mayo worst order ever.
Recently it hasn't worked well. I usually order ahead and pull up to delivery but the last time they had never received my order even though it had charged my card. I put the order through again with BK employees watching. It went through but on their screen it popped up as 2 identical orders. Employees would not refund the 2nd order or offer the food. They told me to use the number in the app. I tried twice but get nothing but automated responses saying I'd get a call back.7days still no call.
