The app is very poorly designed in UI/UX. Many of the menus and sub-menus open behind your current menu making the app very difficult to navigate. Finally, when placing an order I was required to log into an account. When trying to make an account, with multiple different email addresses, I was always told I already had an account, dispite this being the first time I used the app. Trying to contact support was even more challenging, with an automated system with none of the options being helpful

I went to put my order in it glitched 2 times then came back saying my order was confirmed. I had 6 bags of stuff come to my house which was returned. it ordered it 3 times. I want a refund if $105.02 please. I will not be using the app ever again.

Horrible experience. The app said payment failed and made me redo the payment and turns out it did 2 orders and billed me twice. I tried to cancel 1 and local restaurant can't do it, had to contact through the app and now have to wait 48 hours as they don't have any live representatives and only do email support. wouldn't be a big deal if it was a small order but this was a family of 6 and the order was 80 dollars.... 0 support, 0 help, go into the local restaurant and order,support local...
App is a complete scam, you build points for it to not let you redeem them, also the app only works a quarter of the time now and the restaurant is useless as they told me them and the app are different so theres no way for anyone to fix this junk avoid at all cost get the mcdonalds app.
We ran into a temporary technical issue processing your order. Please try again. Except I've tried at least a dozen times. Why does basically every app suck? I just want my damn sandwich without having to fight with a drive thru speaker that doesn't understand me.

I can't order ahead and pay at the store, understandable but still not ideal. The app won't let me add heavy pickles for my wife so I have to go to the counter anyway.
update: 2 stars down to 1. will always recommend Burger King, but not this app. It works great until someone messes up your order. with Skip the dishes, if something goes wrong, you get a credit to your account. On here, instead you get a coupon that isn't valid with other offers, such as whopper wednesdays. When I tried to dispute it saying I wanted a refund not a coupon, I was met with bot after bot telling me it has been resolved. it hasn't. Even the link in the response is the bot.
Used to have the best prices and the best app a couple years ago. Now prices are creeping up and are higher than mcD, and the app has been removing the ability to do substitutions.
Why is it that I can go into the location and order 3 whopper Wednesday deals burgers in one transaction, however I'm unable to do that in one transaction instead of three separate transactions. this app is supposed to be convenient not irritating. only worth having if you care to collect points.
they will overcharge you if you don't apply the correct coupons, even if the lower cost is displayed at the restaurant. and if you reach out, they will not refund you.
App changed. No drinks in family deals. Can't order extra or less condiments on burgers. No option for mixed fries and onion rings anymore.
Terrible app. Very confusing and not user friendly for ordering specials. The app designers are not very smart. This app has made me far less likely to dine on BurgerKing food.

One of the worse app to update information, I have been trying to update my email address, and none of the methods they have on the app works it seems like everyone is sleeping. It is very sad that you can update a bank app but not a Burger King account, and if you want to delete the app, it takes you to the same setting where everyone is asleep. Why do I have to contact someone to change my email for me?
I like the convenience of using the app but you only offer 2 sides when ordering a meal. If you want a poutine for example instead of fries or onion rings, you have to pay full price for a sandwich, poutine, & drink instead of everything being subsidized as a meal. Whopper Wednesday was raised by a $1 in the last week & now you cant order extra pickles on your sandwiches?
I have tried to use this app for a long time but for some reason it never works at all for me even if i make sure that my app has the latest update. the apps offers never loads for me. i try to use my code instore at the kiosks but it would never recognize my QR code or the numbers to log me in. obviously this also means i cant use the app to preorder my food. Located in edmonton using a Samsung S22 ultra on the latest android version.
ZERO Delivery Offers. NEVER. Prices are ridiculous. App is broken, glitchy, useless.
I placed an order on the app. When i got the food it was so dry and stale but also soggy, tasted like it was day old food it was absolutely horrible. I messaged them and its been 3 days now and issue had not been resolved. They sent an apology email then i havnt even heard from them since.. I tried to reach out and its a computer that will only let me send one messaged then it wont let me send anything else and it just says my message has been added to the ticket.
I could not place an order. The app insists on a very specific format for the phone number and even when I matched the example number I still could not order anything.
App said payment declined 3 times but 3 transactions take out of the account for the exact same amount. Still haven't been refunded.

tried to order in app, they took over 350$ for 55$ order, wrote me "payment declined". No one answering, no phone number to call, money just gone. I will NEVER buy from them ever again!!!
It has been fine for a while but last time I used it and ordered 2 apple turnovers for $2 and a third apple turnover. I was charged 1.79 per turnover so the discount on the 2 turnovers did not apply. I messaged customer support and their response is prices can be viewed in the order section of the app once the restaurant is selected. Just a canned response yes the price was 2 for $2 in order section. Just order AW their deals never have issues. I did ticket 23614809, still unhelpful.

Having to use your app for Whopper Wednesday is a joke and I hope you've lost business with this move. also not being able to use paper coupon codes for ordering in the app is absolutely a terrible move. Hope to see some of this change but I doubt it will.
App no longer allows adding bacon or cheese to a Whopper, but the doesn't add it to the cart like that. App does not offer option to have different sizes of drink and fries in a combo. App does not offer option for mix and match offer for 2 Whoppers. App also does not allow option for no ice in drinks.
I wanted to do this BK challenge, but I accidentally made the purchase without pressing one stupid button, and burger king customer service won't fix it. Why make a promotion where you have to activate it? I feel ripped off. Never going to Burger King again.
CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE THE APP, SO THAT YOUR GPS SYSTEM, WILL ENSURE YOUR CUSTOMER SELECTS THE RIGHT RESTAURANT, INSTEAD OF MANUELLY SELECTING! WITHOUT OPERATING THE GPS FOR YOUR USERS, YOUR USERS, WILL FACE A VERY SERIOUS DISASTER IF THEY SELECT THE WRONG RESTAURANT!

I received an offer yesterday that says, "This coupon is not available until 6am. Please check back later. Expires 03/27/26." So I planned to have lunch at BK today. It's March 27th 3pm, it's still unavailable. So I didn't go to BK. In other words, it's never going to be available. Why show coupons that can't be used?
First off, I love Burger King and I love this app. my low rating is to bring to light one flaw in this app. Either I can't find it or more likely there is no option for, as Burger King puts it, the "Low-carb" modification aka no bun. I can't eat bread so this stings because I love their food. I can order from the front end counter and ask for the low carb option no problem but I can't use the app to order my food that way. If you could add this option into the app it will easily get 5 stars.
The Points system is kinda weird and it never really work for me when I went to tje store to redeem
the drive-thru code never works.
