my first experience was awesome......unfortunately I was so disappointed with the second time . .. Mostly the customer service aspect.. cold , rushing, unprofessional overall meaning i wish I could report the name but she was not wearing a name tag. thus missing a part of her uniform... the most important part I'd say..

Worst experience for food delivery I've ever had! My food was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery image shows a house with a house number that is different from my address, the only address I have in the app. When I asked for a refund because I didn't get the food I paid for, it took over 24 hours for support to say "completed to the address provided", and "As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a $15 Support Coupon to use on a future order." You can't even customize a coffee order.
order was sent to a diffrent location to where I picked up even though I made sure the address was correct. garbage app
You can only order one $6 whopper per order, what if your ordering for multiple people? Not even going to bother using it after I saw that.
nothing works. I cannot connect crowns, via drive-thru or in store ,or even order ahead.
They give you international burger deal promotion and app is all suddenly crushing while you in drive thru. Also They jack up their prices for microwave heated burgers. App will be uninstalled and I will go to our local burger place. Same goes for others junk food joints!!
anytime I make an order on the app, it's unsuccessful, I'm charged and no refunds are provided. THIS IS A GARBAGE APP. Use Uber to order instead of going through the app.
scam food promotion, it show that you can have certain promotions and then they don't honor them.

Dont ever order through the app, if something happens to go wrong with the order goodluck getting it fixed.

I ordered through app and chose a specific location but was sent to the old order location. It literally listed the location I wanted above but when the order went through, it suddenly went to another location. I opened the app and tested it again and it says the location I wanted above. I don't understand why it defaulted to the wrong location when it clearly states the correct location I wanted in the first place.
Update they simply deleted the king meal coupon. The new whopper and fries are gross. RIP Burger King. Another good familiar memory from the good old days ripped away from us. It does work. Although they have changed the daily coupon special big king deal to a small drink only. Don't call it a big king deal if you plan on peggingus.
bait and switch to harvest my data. the app claims bogo whopper but once they get your information the deal disappears. filing deceptive data complaint with competition bureau.
garbage app. can't sign up because I'm falsely stated to already having an account when I've never used this app before. support is very unhelpful.
Signed up. Clicked the verify in the email. Tried to use my Google wallet to pay for an order. Payment method declined. Added a different card, same failure. Tried a card in the app instead of Google pay, and it still fails. Logged to my MC and see all the pending transactions for the failed attempts. This was supposed to save time and ended up wasting time. Goodbye BK app!
gross business practice blocking your value menu deals behind an app download. if you wanted to incentives people to download the app offer a free whopper like you used to do to get people to take your survey.
The app is very poorly designed in UI/UX. Many of the menus and sub-menus open behind your current menu making the app very difficult to navigate. Finally, when placing an order I was required to log into an account. When trying to make an account, with multiple different email addresses, I was always told I already had an account, dispite this being the first time I used the app. Trying to contact support was even more challenging, with an automated system with none of the options being helpful
Don't understand the point of an app if you can't change the fries to onion rings in a combo selections
You keep changing my location. Now I went to the one nearest to my house but it actually bought one from far away. Food is now going to be cold and soggy. 🤬🤬
I went to put my order in it glitched 2 times then came back saying my order was confirmed. I had 6 bags of stuff come to my house which was returned. it ordered it 3 times. I want a refund if $105.02 please. I will not be using the app ever again.
ok so I just downloaded this burger king app and all the offers pretty much for pickups only that takes away the entire point of having the app 😔

Horrible experience. The app said payment failed and made me redo the payment and turns out it did 2 orders and billed me twice. I tried to cancel 1 and local restaurant can't do it, had to contact through the app and now have to wait 48 hours as they don't have any live representatives and only do email support. wouldn't be a big deal if it was a small order but this was a family of 6 and the order was 80 dollars.... 0 support, 0 help, go into the local restaurant and order,support local...
App is a complete scam, you build points for it to not let you redeem them, also the app only works a quarter of the time now and the restaurant is useless as they told me them and the app are different so theres no way for anyone to fix this junk avoid at all cost get the mcdonalds app.

I can't order ahead and pay at the store, understandable but still not ideal. The app won't let me add heavy pickles for my wife so I have to go to the counter anyway.
update: 2 stars down to 1. will always recommend Burger King, but not this app. It works great until someone messes up your order. with Skip the dishes, if something goes wrong, you get a credit to your account. On here, instead you get a coupon that isn't valid with other offers, such as whopper wednesdays. When I tried to dispute it saying I wanted a refund not a coupon, I was met with bot after bot telling me it has been resolved. it hasn't. Even the link in the response is the bot.
Used to have the best prices and the best app a couple years ago. Now prices are creeping up and are higher than mcD, and the app has been removing the ability to do substitutions.
Why is it that I can go into the location and order 3 whopper Wednesday deals burgers in one transaction, however I'm unable to do that in one transaction instead of three separate transactions. this app is supposed to be convenient not irritating. only worth having if you care to collect points.
they will overcharge you if you don't apply the correct coupons, even if the lower cost is displayed at the restaurant. and if you reach out, they will not refund you.
App changed. No drinks in family deals. Can't order extra or less condiments on burgers. No option for mixed fries and onion rings anymore.
Terrible app. Very confusing and not user friendly for ordering specials. The app designers are not very smart. This app has made me far less likely to dine on BurgerKing food.

One of the worse app to update information, I have been trying to update my email address, and none of the methods they have on the app works it seems like everyone is sleeping. It is very sad that you can update a bank app but not a Burger King account, and if you want to delete the app, it takes you to the same setting where everyone is asleep. Why do I have to contact someone to change my email for me?
I like the convenience of using the app but you only offer 2 sides when ordering a meal. If you want a poutine for example instead of fries or onion rings, you have to pay full price for a sandwich, poutine, & drink instead of everything being subsidized as a meal. Whopper Wednesday was raised by a $1 in the last week & now you cant order extra pickles on your sandwiches?
I have tried to use this app for a long time but for some reason it never works at all for me even if i make sure that my app has the latest update. the apps offers never loads for me. i try to use my code instore at the kiosks but it would never recognize my QR code or the numbers to log me in. obviously this also means i cant use the app to preorder my food. Located in edmonton using a Samsung S22 ultra on the latest android version.

I placed an order on the app. When i got the food it was so dry and stale but also soggy, tasted like it was day old food it was absolutely horrible. I messaged them and its been 3 days now and issue had not been resolved. They sent an apology email then i havnt even heard from them since.. I tried to reach out and its a computer that will only let me send one messaged then it wont let me send anything else and it just says my message has been added to the ticket.
I could not place an order. The app insists on a very specific format for the phone number and even when I matched the example number I still could not order anything.
App said payment declined 3 times but 3 transactions take out of the account for the exact same amount. Still haven't been refunded.

tried to order in app, they took over 350$ for 55$ order, wrote me "payment declined". No one answering, no phone number to call, money just gone. I will NEVER buy from them ever again!!!
