Customer service and delivery management need major improvement. and it happened with me literally 4 to 5 times. never recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience with Burger King. I placed my order at 2 PM and even after 4:40 PM I still did not receive my order. The delivery partner was not answering any calls, which is extremely frustrating. When I contacted customer support, one agent simply disconnected the chat/call without helping. Another agent kept saying “your new order is coming” and “please wait,” but no new order was actually placed or delivered. Keeping a customer waiting for almost 3 hours with no proper resp

I am extremely disappointed with the service experience regarding my recent order. It has been over 45+ minutes, and I still have not received any proper update on the status of my order. What makes the situation worse is that: The restaurant contact number is not in service. Chat support is not responding at all. I am unable to track my order through the app. This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly frustrating for customers.
Horrible service, if home delivery is selected through app, the bk facility accepts order after 45 mnts, they cancel the order.

On 4 April, 2026 I ordered and after 15 min on app it got cancelled, I pre paid and till date no response no refund. there customer care mail is invalid . no use of support chat. call also switched off... pathetic experience
I had a terrible experience with this app. I ordered a meal and the status showed "on the way," but later the order was suddenly cancelled. There was no communication or update from the app at all. When I tried calling the store, the number was unreachable and switched off. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. There was no proper tracking, no customer support, and no accountability. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Please refund my money.
never order food online from this app my experience was worst with bk as I ordered food and in 40 to 45 min the delivery partner came but in app it was still showing order is still getting prepared and no notification of otp was there then delivery partner went and I filled the complaint regarding this so support replied after a day that otp is in the app at the bottom but in app it never showed me that it is out of delivery it always showed me preparing and then they never replied on that
If there was an option to give zero rating, I would. Ordered food at 8:18 PM and waited over 2 hours without any proper response from the restaurant. Tried contacting through app chat, calls, and email, but the number provided was always unreachable. They apologized only after I sent a mail, which was too late and useless. Very disappointing service. don't ever order using this app, very lethargic behaviour from the store-end. totally waste of time and mental stress

It's the worst there is neither did I got my order delivery nor there is any response when I called the restaurant there is no way to contact the customer support other than mail I have even mail them but there is still no response I need refund of my money. I have been using this app for a year but there is one concept of rewards which basically are points on how much you order today I saw there were 3000+ points in my apo so I thought to use it I get the things into cart but mistakenly I pressed back I try to search for the option but I didn't get any I thought my points would be still there but my points were also redeemed so I try talk to staff at BK they said it get redeem but I didn't get any order it's totally fraud
If you want your food to not arrive at all after waiting for hours and paying money then use this app
I always order takeaway or done in but when ordered with delivery option they asked for prepayment that's okay but when the order is cancelled I got a message that your payment will be refunded in 7 days. why? If you are not giving the COD option to the customer then why the payment refund will take 7 days that's really ridiculous. I am hungry now and I've been waiting for my meal for 1 hour and now if I will order from another app I need to wait for some more time.

This app is so unfriendly, and the support team is so bad that once I had made an order for which I was charged. I mean, I paid for it, but then the order never came. So I raised a request to burger king support team to return my money. This happened 1 week back. They never answered back till now. Very unhappy with their service. let them keep my money as a donation.
