Troppi problemi coi pagamenti. A volte dà errore e non so mai se ho pagato o no. Quando vado a Parma Galleria e voglio ordinare qualcosa in più, mi dice che "un ordine è già in preparazione" anche se l'ho già pagato e mangiato da dieci minuti. Il video del locale non mostra che ordine stanno servendo. Non sono mai riuscito a usare i "punti" guadagnati. Oggi 6 dicembre la App continua a chiedermi se voglio la doppia autenticazione, io dico di no e quindi non mi fa procedere 17 gen 26 confermo Co
Il qr code di fedeltà viene rigenerato ogni volta rendendo impossibile salvarlo
È un app abbastanza buona. Solo se funzionasse una volta tanto, visto che ogni volta ha un problema. Il problema principale è che non fa concludere l'ordine. Questa volta ha dato il problema anche senza mettere coupon, costringendomi a dire tutto a voce al drive perdendo di fatto coupon/offerte. Inoltre smette di funzionare a caso senza, come detto prima, fare usufruire di Cirene e punti accumulati
1) You removed "add bacon" as an option from the App, sure, I can just go in, ask the cashier to add it instead but at that point what do I even have the app for? 2) 1-2 years ago I lost all my crowns, I was platinum level fidelity. i don't remember how many, nor am I here to ask for them back without proofs, just avoid doing it to people.

THEY'VE DELETED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REASON FEW DAYS AGO, NO FUNCTION TO SHOW OPEN RESTAURANTS, NO WALLET FUCTION, NO WAY TO SCAN BILLS AND RECEIPT OF PURCHASES MADE WITH CAMERA TO GET CROWNS. Literally cannot order as it says "restaurant is closed or doesn't accept orders" even though it's open and has the option for delivery - I can't pick a different restaurant manually cause otherwise it shows there's no delivery address - maybe let me set it manually?? This bug has been present for 3 months and is still not fixed as of today (28/4/2025)

very bad. cannot use the 5 euro first discount in app. made me wait for an hour and the app doesn't work. going with kfc. deleted the app immediately. also why there's no English language in the app? maybe someone is a tourist or non Italian
Non si può annullare un ordine in nessun modo.
I've been using this app for years, and time and again I find upsetting and disappointing things about it. It doesn't let you change your payment methods unless you are about to buy. Very irritating. Error: I was entering card details, changed my mind about the order, tried to back out and delete the order. Error message, order still there. It seems the developers are not very thorough when testing the app. If you know perfectly what you want and don't change anything, you might succeed.
Doesn't work, freezes every time I try to order something. Cannot read QR code.
they don't deserve neither 1 star .. they are promoting in app some rewards for reaching levels for buying from them .. like some free menu for reaching diamond but when you reach it they won't give you the rewards
A Olbia non si possono scannerizzare i coupon,non si può ordinare dall'app...completamente inutile
Fino ad ora l'app ha funzionato più o meno bene. Ho cambiato cellulare e non mi faceva entrare nell'account, reset della password non funzionante. Provo ad usare l'account di google che di fatto mi sovrascrive l'altro perché hanno la stessa mail ed ora ho perso tutti i punti. L'assistenza mi ha dato una risposta automatica inutile che era gia risposta da me ed ora non rispondono più. Dopo 3gg mi sono arrivate 5 email con codici di verifica a raffica senza motivo.

Non è possibile creare l'ordine prima dell'orario di apertura. Non si può cancellare o anche solo modificare l'ordine. Ogni volta devi rimettere tutte le informazioni di pagamento.

Worst ever! The app is super slow and it takes forever to do anything. It's a "fast" food, also the order is supposed to be fast, or I will go to McDonald's.
quando uso l'app il bottone home è disabilitato
L'app non funziona da almeno un mese, più o meno da quando è stata inserita la modalità di gioco nella BK funzone. I punti vendita risultano chiusi anche se aperti, di conseguenza l'app non lascia concludere l'operazione. Se si hanno dei coupon specifici come nel mio caso che non hanno un codice diventa impossibile usarli. È troppo tempo che va avanti così, davvero.
